PSA DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER GET UNITED AUTO INSURANCE. Please contact the FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE REGULATION is a rip off #UNITEDAUTOINSURANCE #UAIG Horrible, horrible horrible! Do not do the picture estimate! Let them send you to one of their approved appraisal sites! I am so sad right now! This is really messing with my mental health! Greedy companies like this with ppl working for them like this need to be shut down! The adjuster Jamila Jones is a nasty person. Despicable adjuster! Do not choose this company for insurance! They are the worst! I’ve never dealt with anything like this before in my life! My car was set up for an appraisal at an approved site of theirs and now they’re telling me that they’re waiting for them to approve and send in order to get my car appraised. She’s telling me now that oh they’re not gonna do it for free and she’s telling me that though it’s been canceled. Horrible! Low! Terrible! I’ve been riding in Ubers in my car sitting in my yard waiting to get appraised! She want me to take the picture damage and take a check that I declined. She said it will be a lengthy process. Lies! This company is the worst ever! I am contacting yelp Better Business Bureau, the governor FCC, and everyone else I can! Florida Department of Insurance Regulation

My entire family has been using them for a while now they are honest upfront and they simplify the process in every scenario. There is no other company that I would use.

I was looking for car insurance quotes and saw GreatFlorida Insurance.I gave them a call and spoke with Ms. Erica Martinez CSR in Okeechobee office.She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.She even gave me some good tips.The quote that she gave me was much lower than what I was paying elsewhere.I have texted Erica at night and she has texted me back right away.Come see Erica and she makes you feel like family.

Our trailer was totaled in Hurricane Milton. 11/1/24 I submitted a policy cancellation. After 3 weeks, I called to find out they sent our check to where the trailer HAD BEEN, not our mailing address. 1/2/25 I was told the replacement check is now in ALLSTATE INDIA's processing queue - no ETA. They didn't have a problem taking my money for the annual renewal but now have a problem returning my 10 months premium. I a filing a complaint with the Florida Dept of Insurance.

Horrible - Don't waste your time
Rates are way too high - not comparable at all
They not operating in customers' interest
