Direct wines 10/10 DPD 5/10!âŠ
Direct wines were easy to order with and had good clear communications. However DPDtheir chosen logistics complany, did not deliver as promised. To date I have been asked for feedback but have not recieved the wine. However in DHL's defence they let me know they had a problem and that they will deliver tomorrow. Assuming they do so it will be 48 hrs late. In summary Direct wines fine, their delivery company less so.

December is the busiest time of year for couriers, and drivers are seriously overworked, so our usual 1â2 day window isnât always possible right before Christmas.
That said, we did guarantee delivery before Christmas â and weâre pleased we were able to deliver on that promise.
We use DPD because theyâre generally one of the best options out there, but we agree itâs frustrating when delays happen.
Hopefully everythingâs now arrived safely and as expected â but if anything isnât quite right, just let us know and weâll put it right straight away.
