A âGreatâ company with outstanding customer service.
When a recent case of wine arrived, I realised that I had ordered the wrong wine.
I contacted Great Wines Direct and spoke to David who couldnât have been more helpful! He took my order for the wine that I had meant to order, which was delivered within 3 days, and arranged the collection of the wrong case of wine and a full refund.
I would recommend this company highly - they really want what is best for the customer.
