Very easy to navigate the site. The number of filters allow realistic potential properties for us to buy. The ability to "draw" a region of interest is very useful when you are not familiar with a region, but want accessibility to airports/ ports.

Mécontentement du forfait GOLD :
- l'annonce sur A place in the sun, n'a finalement été publié qu'avec un retard de 3 semaines, car nous apprenions par hasard que la traduction automatique de GreenAcres était refusée par le site anglais. Nous devons donc fournir nous même la traduction anglophone.
Une fois l'annonce finalement publiée sur "A place in the Sun", aucun accÚs à un back office pour la gestion de l'annonce, ni retour de visite/like/message. L'annonce n'a jamais été actualisée en 3 mois, elle est restée au prix initial, créant une incohérence avec les autres annonces Green-Acres pourtant actualisées, ce qui a nui à la lisibilité et à la crédibilité de la diffusion.
- Les traductions automatiques proposées dans les langues étrangÚres se sont révélées incompréhensibles et inexploitées, ce qui a fortement nui à la qualité des annonces.
- le référencement premium du forfait Gold n'a pas tenu ses promesses puisque les annonces se retrouvent en 8Úme voire 10Úme place.
En résumé, nous avons été trÚs insatisfaits du forfait Gold, notamment en raison de lâabsence de réactivité du support technique, malgré des dysfonctionnements signalés.

Good range of properties and well priced.
The wide price-range of properties is excellent reference for buyers, as the range is also divided into very practical sections. There is, what appears to be, fair pricing of the properties. I believe buyers are well experienced in analysing photographs to identify 'camera-tricks' ie lens distortion. However, it would be beneficial for the Agent to provide true-life representation so as not to cause adverse criticism and damage to reputation. Would recommend review prior to publication.
