et bien simplement parce que il y a quelqu'un , une vraie personne non pas vraiment. Maintenant hélas y'a que des Ai qui ne comprennent rien.De plus les personnes " au bout du fil" que j'ai eu sont trés avenantes, compétente, et à votre écoute.

Only giving a one star because there was no option for a Zero stars absolutely terrible service from the Greenacres franchise in coromandel. Letdown time after time.
Rude and terrible service as well as lying about the job the were meant to do as we are out of town clients we were not there to monitor what they were doing , charged for work they did not do.

Les annonces de particuliers sont toujours proposées après les agences qui ont souscrit un contrat "Gold".
Résultat : aucune visibilité. Votre annonce sera toujours proposée en milieu de sélection, dans le meilleur des cas, et aucun moyen de la faire passer en début de sélection.
Les seuls contacts sont des scams d'escrocs qui, eux, prennent soin de cocher la case "particulier".
Et aucune fonction pour signaler ou bloquer ces scams.
En plus le compteur de visites ne veut pas dire grand-chose, chaque affichage de l'annonce incrémentant le compteur. Un refresh = 1 vue.
Résultat : 119€ mis à la poubelle.

Vor einigen Jahren wollten wir ein Haus kaufen, haben uns bei Green-Acres registriert und alles hat gut funktioniert. Jetzt wollen wir ein Haus verkaufen, aber es klappt gar nichts mehr. Es gibt immer das gleiche Problem: bei der Anmeldung tritt ein technischer Fehler auf, obwohl die Anmeldedaten stimmen. Der Verifizierungscode wird zwar per SMS geschickt, aber das Anmelden ist unmöglich. Und das schon seit Tagen... In den Rezensionen haben wir gelesen, dass es schon vor Monaten so war. Also: Finger weg von dieser Plattform!

Pleased with the number of views (92 in 5 days). Out the of the 3 enquiries we have received one was a scam. Green-Acres do incorporate a warning about scams when forwarding the enquiry BUT I believe they could do more to filter out the obvious scams e.g. enquiry from Italy (with Italian mobile) claiming the enquirer is based in Syria with millions of € in a safety deposit box etc........

I have only had super experiences in my search and journey to retire in France with green aces.. Lovely, respectful people that have offered to assist me. I was very sad when I saw that it was down this morning. I wanted to see if I found my dream apartment yet.

I only get scam inquiries. They have no way of reporting them. It would be easy to block them based on the number of reports. No inquiries from real people.
And they have technical issues which they have been unable to resolve like the site jumping from .com to .fr for no reason and making it impossible to login. Not worth one euro.

I will never use this company again. I wanted my overgrown flower beds weeded. They estimated it would take 6 hours at $70.00 per hour. They instead of weeding the beds choose to run the lawnmower over them so the base of the weeds stayed in the ground. I have never witnessed such a lack of professionalism or integrity. Stay away from this organisation. They are not worthy of your time or money

I recently had my partner's home cleaned as a surprise for him & I needed it done at short notice. Sukhjit & her team not only accomodated me for when I needed it done buy but they also worked in with me & my tight schedule to have the place so incredibly clean, it was remarkable to say the least to see the work they achieved in such a short time. Thank you so much Suki for a wonderful job done so well. Your professionalism & high quality is remarkable 😊

Green Acres is a total scam. 120 euros for three months of advertising, I contacted the site for a technical problem and I had a person (three times, for the same problem) who told me each time: "I'm going to refer to technical service”, and of course nothing was done.
In addition, with Green Acres I have been contacted three times by scammers. The old scam like this: we're doing luxury rentals...we're looking for apartments like yours...we can't move around...etc, etc. and finally: SEND US YOUR BANK DETAILS!!! There is no possibility on Green Acres to report these scammers to ban them from accessing the site. In short, when the 3 months have passed, I will not renew my ad and what's more, I will not hesitate to discredit this site online, or with my friends (I have already dissuaded a friend from going through them to sell his home).

Think it's a street seller who just sets a random price or a syndicate who just wants to score the box office and cheat people, their house prices are at least 10 times too high

I put my property on Greenacres Spain. It does not come up on the search Contacted them waiting for a response of I do not get one shortly will request a refund hassle I do not need

Do not waste time looking for property on this listing site.
Properties I was interested in appear to have been sold months ago but still listed for sale on their website.
I have not had a single response from a property owner or a real estate company who have properties listed.
In my opinion, the Green Acres property listing site is useless.

would give a zero if possible. I paid 120 euros to list my property. The only emails I received from the site were phishing/scam responses. I contacted support and they didn't care one fig that my listing was not generating any genuine responses. To put it into context, I sold my house on another (free) site in less than 3 months. Biggest waste of money AVOID!!

I booked a residential cleaning and it was canceled on the day. I went back on the app to try and rebook and it booked me with the same operator who canceled, when I called him - his name is Reza - it was extremely difficult to figure out what he was saying as he spoke almost no English. I've been charged for the service and still haven't had a cancelation email for the second booking. If you're looking for reliability I would highly recommend booking with someone else.

Greenacres suspended my property listing for no reason.it took 11 days for them to rectify their mistake and because I wrote a email stating how annoyed I was to the company greenacres have now said they have stopped my listing and do not my custom, again showing their lack in professionalism and custom care and not being able to resolve the issue which they caused. The issue was caused by greenacres and you cannot get to speak with anyone all you get is a automated reply .
