The products are ok (didn’t notice any improvement) but what I am disappointed about is the customer service. The pipette of my face serum broke in a half after a couple of uses. I wrote to them seeking an explanation and suggestion on how to keep the product inside lasting while the lid was gone. I got no reply, even with multiple follow up. Wrote a review on their website at the time, hoping to get support that way, but that was never published (conveniently).

I had a small issue with my order, and Leah at Green Angel handled it beautifully. She was so friendly, patient, and helpful. My replacement cleanser arrived quickly, and the extra mini products were such a lovely surprise! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company!
