Greenbasket offers a very good shopping experience with quick and reliable delivery, as well as secure packaging and recently manufactured items. Despite their generally good prices, I feel they could be more competitive. Their home delivery, even for lower billing amounts, stands out compared to other vendors in Switzerland. I appreciate their strong customer service, especially the personal touch from the team, who are attentive to issues and requests. Although there is a good variety of products, I wish for a broader selection in certain categories like ghee, masalas, and frozen non-veg. Overall, a solid 4-star experience on greenbasket.ch.

Good and quick delivery. Packaging was good. Packed items had recent manufacturing dates. Good variety of items although it can be further enhanced. Prices are generally good but can be more competitive for many items. Delivery for lower billing amount compared to other vendors was a big plus for me.

Whole shopping experience is very very good. Home delivery at affordable price here in Switzerland is the USP of Green Basket. The Owner(Mam) is such a loving and kind person who helps and solves every issue throughout the entire process of shopping and that too at a personal level. I think her customer connection is very strong which is good for us as customers.

Response time to solve my login issues and timely delivery of products. Good variety however I do miss broader choice of ghee, shaan masalas, rice options, frozen non-veg . Thank you

Examplary customer care. Any mail, is promptly attended to and special requests are accommodated when possible. Barbara is extremely polite and it's nice to see how efficient the whole set up is.

In my last order, curry leaves were not delivered and supposed to be refunded. But the amount has not been refunded yet

Firstly, the packet was delivered and left on the roadside and not at the front door without any intimation. Some fresh things and cold storage things were spoiled.

Secondly, they charge shipping even at a order of more than 200 CHF. It used be free over 70 chf.
