Easy to order, helpful and call if skip needs to be on site due to Bank Holiday, lovely drivers who try to put skip as near to where you ask for it. Really good firm.

Hi Agata, I’m sorry to read your review. I’ve checked your order number and your parcel is leaving the U.K. now. It is slower than we would and I am sorry about the delay. But the good news is it’s on the way! Please do reach out if we can help with any issues between now and delivery. Please kindly be patient as couriers are generally being slower than their guided delivery times.
Excellent service, fantastic prices.
Excellent service, they even threw in a lovely bag.
I would definitely order again.

Got the refund but why lose business because of delivery
I can see a lot of reviews on issues with delivery. Just like them, I never got my order and got refunded. Its a shame for a good company to lose clients because of delivery problems. Don't have any more feedback.

Hi Masoumeh! Thank you for letting us know about this issue. I can see on the system that we did reach out to you on email asking if you'd like a refund or to have the package sent out again, but we didn't hear back. Anyway, I've emailed you to sort this out ASAP for you! Have a lovely day :)

HIGHLY recommend product and Company!
Easy to order and shipped quickly! Green Box kept me updated on progress of my order, as it was delayed due to the post strike. Excellent customer service! Would HIGHLY recommend! The product looks professional and my Husband is seeing the benefits of using the cbd Muscle Balm... BRILLIANT!

Box of Delights
Great products at great Black Friday prices. Purchased items were dispatched very swiftly; it was just the Royal Mail strike that unfortunately delayed delivery. Happy to recommend GreenBox and look forward to making future purchases with them.

Hello Amy, thank you very much for sharing your positive review. I am very happy you had a good experience and you were able to look past the Royal Mail delivery frustrations! We did upgrade everyone to 1st class with Royal Mail as they said that service would continue as normal, but there were still delays. Have a lovely day!

Hi Ceta, thank you for sharing your experience! I am sorry about the spray attachment leaking when in use. It's not ideal but the dropper is probably going to be less messy on this occasion, so I'd recommend you use that instead. Please feel free to send us the images/video to hello@greenbox.co.uk and we can sort this out for you :)
