A nightmare experience with Leafdoctors.After explaining numerous times to different call centre operators working as first contact for the company that calls were going straight to voicemail nothing was done or suggested to get around the issue.Whenever I called their 1300 number it rang out and I was asked to leave a message so clearly the motive here is purely profit and not customer satisfaction.My suggestion is to AVOID Leafdoctors!

No consistency told fill out the relevant information cant access their portal. No answers the phone. Send a message No response

Hi the Dr's seem really nice but I was told after my 1st visit that the particular prescription I was on was discontinued and was given a new but different prescription that was not as good as the first product.
So I contacted the manufacturer of the medication that works good for me asking why they stopped making the particular medication I was on. And was told that this was not true and was still supplying leaf doctors. So I guess it was to be charged $200 for a script I was getting for $125 before. Anyway I looked around and found a good setup company that can not only have the correct medication but are at least 20 to 30% cheaper than normal. But I need a discharge letter. When in the past I needed help leaf doctors would get back to me within 30 minutes.
I have been sending emails and messaging for days now and I am just being ignored. So do yourself a favour and find a company that will look after you.

I have not once NOT EVEN ONCE had an order without issue everything is always out of stock and they wait 10-12 hours after you pay them to let you know then YOU have to make an appointment have the appointment to fix the problem THEY CREATED This order took the cake tho oil, flower and gummies 3 scripts 3 different brands and guess what they had in stock NOTHING and I asked for my refund now they won't respond so I'm out hundreds of dollars on pension with no resolve in sight beware dealing with these people they have no idea what they are doing DISGUSTING

UPDATE my refund needs to be reviewed so because I choose this company Im out of $400 with no meds and I can't even get my money back to try and find help else where Don't go with this company unless you have hundreds of excess dollars and you only getting it for fun because of you need it this is not the company for you
