UNPROFESSIONAL - Green Jellyfish do not offer the service they say they do, they can certainly talk the talk. Their 'tax experts' don't take responsibility for providing poor advise and neither do they reimburse any fines or interests clients are charged.

DON'T USE THEM, ONCE THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY THEY AREN'T INTERESTED.

GO to your accountant, first.

I hope that everyone on here giving 5 stars does not have the experience that we are currently having, after being approached by green jellyfish in 2019 we were encouraged to process an R&D claim, we explained that we did not think we would meet the criteria and explained what we do as a company, Domiciliary care, we we where reassured that we did meet the criteria and moved forward with the claim, all they needed was our accounts! It was great, we received £50k and a further £50k for the following year, of which they got in the region of 26k, earlier this year we received a letter from HMRC investigating the claim, we have now been informed that our R&D claim is not valid and we will be required to pay back the money, along with potential penalties, it is still advertised on the website that you can claim for our type of company, this is wrong, you have to meet a very specific set of criteria, for example the development of something that other companies don't use, you can not claim for developing your company processes or making your company more streamline, please be aware and do not accept a HMRC refund unless you are absolutely certain that you meet the criteria, for a lot of companies this could put them into liquidation, this company is taking advantage of smaller companies using loopholes in the systems! Green jellyfish have made a lot of money from us and now we have to face the consequences.
Looking at trust pilot it seems that HMRC have now got green jellyfish on their radar!

UPDATE- green jellyfish have sent an automated reply on this asking us to contact them, however the only response from them is that they are no longer dealing with this and have passed us to a external company to deal with.
please stay away from this company!

I tried to contact them with more details however I was informed that they will no longer be dealing with this case and it is another company commissioned to deal with these type of cases.

We was contacted by this company offering a service we was completely unaware of.
We were looked after by Nicola Goody, after a pleasant telephone conversation Nicola quickly and efficiently got our company a cash injection.
Good communication.
Well informed understandable and easy reply method emails.

Jonathan Kitts, was marvellous he was well informed and if we had any issues he was there to help. This is our third year to have claimed and although there is a cost involved if successful.
