I called customer service about a possible defect with our pan. After a brief discussion, they sent us a replacement. We also like the cookware.

I got a set of two (10 & 12") skillets. The 12" skillet had two chips in it. I called. The agent told me that was fine. After some back and forth, she finally said she would send a replacement. I got a Bobby Flay pan. I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a straight replacement for the base level skillet I had. I haven't tried it yet so I can't speak to its quality, but the 10" skillet is garbage. There is a circular discoloration (probably where the flame is, but it was never more than medium).
I am not pleased with the quality of the base products and will never buy another GreenPan again.
I wish the agent had just apologized for the chips and sent the base replacement right off. I would have been totally pleased with that experience had that happened, but am not happy with it now.
I hope the Bobby Flay pan is better.

I told him what was wrong and they replaced my oven efficiently. The new one has a rubber seal around the door, which makes a huge difference!

My pans are exactly as reviewed by CR and America's Test Kitchen. I am very happy to get rid of my Teflon-coated pans.

The felt is thick and sturdy, like the pans they protect.

Sabrina Hesch (GreenPan) was the absolute best customer service person I have had the opportunity to work with in YEARS! She was knowledgeable, kind and very efficient. Sabrina treated me with dignity and respect. Her customer service skills were heads and shoulders about my expectations.

I like that you are doing more cleaner products. Please make a large carb reducing rice cooker!

Pans are as advertised. Very pleased with cooking and cleaning of these pans.

Just have to wait and see how durable and the longevity of the non stick properties.

I love these frying pans. Nothing sticks. Better than the old Teflon coated. Only issue is have is you must be very very careful with them as they chip super easy. I was washing one and I put it on the drain board and it slipped out of my hand and fell to the floor. Small little chip mark on outside edge occurred. So you have to be careful... I still love them because nothing sticks. Oh and by the way, your Customer Service is fantastic.

Great fry pans I have three different sizes and I have their air fryer. Love them all, easy cleanup and great customer service highly recommend!!

Update: customer service did offer a $50 price adjustment, which I was satisfied with to save on the cost/to do a return and repurchase. Thank you to Karen for your help and coming to a resolution!

Original: Purchased the Frost unit. Less than 2 weeks later it goes on sale for $100 cheaper. I reached out to Support for a price adjustment and they told me they couldn't do that. Then I asked about returning and repurchasing (since I haven't opened it yet) and no one followed up. This is not a reflection on the product itself, just a very disappointing experience with GreenPan.

I learned about Green Pan at a America’s Test Kitchen. I treated myself to their three frying pans set. I just loved them. So much so, I bought another set as a housewarming gift for my son and a baking sheet for myself. I now have a list of gifts for the holidays this December. Thanks for making such a great product and excellent service.
