Great warranty service! I had a pan lid handle start to come loose. In a week I had the replacement at my door.

Stand by your product. It's a great product and the company's support if an issue occurs is outstanding!

I had an issue with a product and they replaced it with a new one quickly to address the issue.

You replaced the pan that had stopped being nonstick, after I showed pictures of it. That was quite good and responsible as a company. I'm just not sure how long the non-stick last on the new pan. Time will tell

I’m loving my Green Pan set! Have been busy looking for things to fry and cook just to experiment. I love the pan and lid storage racks to keep my cabinet organized.

I have used non-stick pots my whole life. I was very upset to see how fast my pot was destroyed. More over, the fact that the instructions say to use oil is very disappointing. I buy non-stick pots to avoid oil.
I don’t recommend this product and would not buy it again.

Very happy with the carbon steel pans. They were recommended to us, but we weren’t sure how they would perform. They are truly non-stick and easy clean.

I really like what I ordered; I'm happy because I enjoy cooking for my family.

Love my 8" pan to make my eggs. They don't stick like other pans. I wish they would made a smaller one like a 6"pan. But I ma very happy with it!

So far great quality and first pen that actually does Slide the food around in the pan! Time will tell if it holds up to its quality.

Excellent product. I had to call customer service about a question and was quite impressed. This group cares about its customers. Love the greenpan rice cooker. It works perfectly every time. Bravo

The pans work great so far, but I'm very concerned how long they'll last. Lots of customer reviews say the nonstick wears off pretty quickly. The pans are too expensive to not hold up. I placed two orders and then read about cleaning them with a melamine sponge. I wish that had been clearer when ordering. I asked customer service if they could add one to my second order that was processing. No, not possible. It was frustrating dealing with customer service. They were polite, but not very responsive and absolutely not helpful.

May 6 update - I also purchased a grill from Greenpan. After unpacking it, I discovered that the nonstick surface is flawed. I emailed Customer Service. They replied that no two items are the same and that it is still safe to use and not a problem. ... Maybe it's not a problem for them, but it is for me. I only purchased the item because of the nonstick surface! It looks like I'm going to be stuck paying to return a flawed item. Terrible Customer Service that does NOTHING to help the customer!

The process of having my nut milk maker replaced was pretty easy and painless. …I only wish I didn't have to replace it in the first place.

We love our ice cream/slushie maker. When the bowl cracked they replaced it promptly. Customer service was great to work with.

It's very bad customer service

I was happy that they gave me a new pan even though it was smaller. I appreciate that.
In general customer service was not good and I had to contact them at least three times by know as well as emails.
