Warning: Stay away from this company.
This is my 3rd order from them. The first two orders took a couple weeks to receive, but I was not in a rush, so not too concerned.
My 3rd order was placed on March 10th, and I inquired, online, wrt status on March 17th or thereabouts. No reply. I inquired every couple days thereafter, and no response. I called and got the "we're busy helping others... leave a message". i did, twice and no response.
3rd phone call on March 26th, I got a customer service agent. I requested the order canceled due to poor customer service. I was told one item could not be returned due to policy, and another item required a 30% restocking fee. Mind you, the order has not shipped, and I've received no communication. Agent told me they dont have any record of my inquiries.
I told the agent to cancel the order, and if they charge me anything, I will post my experience online as a warning to others. He said he'd cancel the order but charge me the 30% restocking fee on one of the items (that hadnt shipped). He also said he confirm cancelation via email. Still have not received the email.
So here is said "warning ". Recommend staying away from this company.
