I had an excellent experience with Noor and the Green Recruitment Company (GRC). Noor, along with her manager Mollie, communicated very clearly with me during the process of applying and interview with my new employer. Noor's feedback after each stage was very fast and helpful. GRC also clearly had a good relationship with the employer, which gave useful insights about the role and made the process very smooth and open. I would absolutely recommend Noor, Mollie and GRC to anyone for finding their next role.

Good Organization. Sam was the first recruiter I approached at the start of my job search and she was the last one I talked after getting placed in a job. Very professional and responsive, understands the needs and brings in the opportunities.

Tatiana was able to send me job offers that matched perfectly my profile and expectations. She remained in touch until I signed the job offer and my resignation letter of my current job was received by my employer. She provided me examples of resignation letters.

Good follow through during a tough placement.

Working with Mallory Dale was such a pleasure. She was very positive and supportive along the way from the initial screening through to my final interview. She was really responsive, always prompt in providing any information I had requested or just to follow up on how things were going. This was my first experience with a recruiting agency and I have to give kudos to TGRC for the impressive work!

Overall, it was a great experience. I have worked with recruiters in the past and this one excelled in both communication and coordination. Each time they said they were going to reach out in a certain period of time, they always followed through. The one criticism I had, relative to others I have worked with, is that I think the recruiter could have done more to prepare me for interviews. In the past, I've had recruiters send me information about who will be attending the interviews and their respective LinkedIn pages to assist me in preparing for the interview.

My recruiter has already checked in with me after my placement and said he will check in again after a few months. The recruiters at the Green Recruitment Company clearly cares about the people they work with. Thank you!

Excellent experience with this company and in particular with Jess Brisley. After a phone interview, I told her about the need of redirecting my career towards new areas. Wanted to say how much of a great experience I had with Mollie Naughton. Coming from a background in recruitment I had some knowledge of what makes a good recruiter and Mollie definitely topped the lot (was much better than myself that’s for sure). During his absence, his manager, Leuan, keep me updated on the progress of the post interview review. After I joined the organization, he called to enquire on how I was fitting in the role, which amplify his commitment to the well-being of the candidates he is responsible.
