This people is selling a lie they


Thus people is selling a lie they install a system at my house and
the 38 panels are producing an average of $ 70.00 per Mo. So after paying $ 276.00 for the equipment per Mo. I end up paying an average of
$ 200.00 .
Their I spectrum my roof before installation and said it was ok
But I just found out that they install the system over a bad roof, now green technologies want to charge Me $ 9,950. To remove it and reinstall iand if I get some body else to do it I lose my warranty.
I have been complaining for 2 yrs and They don't even return my calls .
KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE

Great company!

Great company!! Referal bonus is awesome as well. I have no more electric bill witch is better yet. Service was top notch thanks to Mara Walker!! Great sales rep.. Thanks Connie Batist for getting it all lined up. Definitely recommend!!

Ms Mara was very helpful in persuading


Ms Mara was very helpful in persuading me to do what I should have done years ago. My mistake was that I didn't ask the right questions. I wanted a whole house backup, but didn't let her know that we had a heat pump, and this is MY FAULT.

The system is working as expected and what questions I did answer were answered satisfactorily.

Beware very Bad Company

Beware, very bad company with very poor repair times. Poor equipment and unethical bissness practices. Do not use. You have been warned! The solar edge inverters break often and take months to repair. You should not use this company.

I just wanted to let you folks know!

I just wanted to let you folks know that I am extremely pleased with my solar system. Mara Walker handled my purchase and was very professional yet friendly and kept all promises. Just have \to tell you that I have not paid anyone anything from the time I got it until now (one year), and I have a credit with my energy company of $600.17.

Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company! I started the process in March of 2019. My system wasn't turned on until August. They told me it would take 2 months before I saw a difference in my bills. Since Aug of 2019, I've had two $12 power bills. Every other power bill is at least $100-$300. That's in ADDITION to the $238 I'm paying to finance my solar panel system!!!! My monitoring dashboard shows, I had decent production for about 2 months and then after on our best production days, we are only making 1/5 the power we did before. The company says it's a communication issue and has nothing to do with how my system is working, just the monitoring dashboard online. If that were true, why do I still have a power bill? After a couple weeks, and super long delays in responding to my concerns, they sent out a guy to check out my system. They said I needed a new communication part and plugged my device into my modem. They said they'd be back once they had the part. They have yet to contact me or reach out and it's been over a month! Surprise, surprise, I have ANOTHER power bill. This company SUCKS at costumer service and couldn't give a crap about providing what they promised. Seriously, come get your crap off my house and give me my money back! I'm not going to continue to pay you when your stuff doesn't work and you make minimal effort to fix the issue.

Some things fall through the cracks.

You seem to be really trying to do business the right way. we tried to get an array installed, but our local electric coop demanded a $1,000,000.00 policy incase the system caused injury or death to someone. just before that we payed an extra $4,000.00 to add more panels. This we sent a check to you as it was after the agreement price. After we found out about the insurance policy you agreed to cancel the contract and to return the $4,000.00. That was over a year ago and several phone calls we still have not heard from you. We recently tried to call, this time there was no answer or ability to leave a message. This venue was the only way to reach you. At least that I could find. Please let me know the check is on the way or a number to call to get this resolved.

Unsatisfactory customer service

Purchased 38 solar panel system from Green Solar Technologies March 2020. A few months passed and I noticed the panels not producing the electricity that they should be producing. I called customer service and they said I needed a software update and that seemed to fix it. In Oct. I noticed on my enphase system monitoring software that one panel was not working at all. I have called and called customer service about this problem and always get a different answer as to what the problem is. For over 2 months I've had this bad panel with very little attempt to fix this problem by Green Solar. I do not recommend buying a solar system from this bunch unless they can guarantee they can provide service to the area where you live. To me this company HAS NOT been reliable and is untrustworthy. BUYER BE WARE!!!!!!

This Green Solar Technology company has the greatest customer service. I spoke with Brian Eini and he led me in the right direction by guiding me through the best options for the solar system that my house would really need. Brian Eini took his time to explain all the steps in our process. The solar system works great on my house. I am so happy with Green Solar Technology.

The dream they sale is not true

Long story short. Solar panels stopped producing energy last year, and stopped by in February 2020 just changing fuses, it worked for a couple of weeks, then came back in May, fuses replaced again, it worked for a day, then since then Green solar Tech hasn’t been able to figure out what is the problem, so I’ve been paying for electric bills (including the whole summer) and for the financing for an average of $650 a month and continues! Bad customer service, bad technicians and no management taking responsibility of the problem.

I feel like paying a lease vehicle that has stopped working for a year and I can’t use it because no mechanic is capable to fix my car in the meantime I have to keep paying the lease every month and on the top of this, to pay extra for a rental!!!

Communications Board Fried TWICE in a Month!

*UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM*

Where do I start...

The system was installed in October 2019. I have had a few issues with the Solar Edge System that have escalated into problems where I am not generating any Solar Energy. I had a period in March 2020 where I lost 10 days of energy because the inverter was in "night mode". That was fixed and I was back up and running.

It was a challenge to get a good electric provider who would compensate me for my solar power that was generated. I have used three different companies in Texas: Comstillation, Mp2 Energy, and Greem Mountain. Comstillation did not provide ANY buy back so I switched to Mp2 Energy. They gave me about 1/3 buy back and i finally started to see a benefit having two months of a bill around $20.

Then on 6/24/20, my mobile APP was not reading any solar generation. I was out of state and could not perform the reset until I arrived back. A friend tried when I was gone and when I arrived back on 7/8/20, I tried myself with zero success. That is when a ticket was opened. I went ALL OF JULY and ALL OF AUGUST, Two Months, without having my system monitor any energy!

An installer came out and diagnosed the problem and it was a Communications boad that fried! They changed it on 8/14 in the morning. I was told that all 30 panels were generating power and it will take a couple days for the APP to catch up. Nothing changed. I was told that the Inverter was back in "Night Mode" so they send me a new inverter box.

It was installed this morning and what did they find? The Communicatons board was FRIED AGAIN!!

To date, 8/31/20, it has been 17 days since the installer came out to replace the Communications board. That is 17 DAYS without any Solar power generated at No-Fault to me! I asked for compensation for the lost Solar Energy and I was told, no! I was also told, "we do not cover payment for the duration of the repair or time down". I can understand a couple of days but it has been 17 DAYS since my system has generated any power! I was also told:

"Under service repairs, it states in your contract that we will work in a reasonable amount of time to get your system operational."

I should definitely not be penalized for their product malfunctioning MULTIPLE TIMES. Now the communications board is fried for a SECOND TIME! Having issues for OVER TWO MONTHS IS NOT A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME as the contract allegedly states. Two days would be reasonable.

When the system works and I do not have to deal with Customer Service, the system is fine. However, when a problem occurs, it is not a pleasant experience. Days go by without hearing back from representatives.

This is not what I expected when spending $38,500 on a system. Unacceptable.

UPDATE:
I was able to come to an agreement where I will receive some compensation. It hasn't been confirmed a to when but they FINALLY are working with me.
