TERRIBLE. GOD AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WE HAVE HAD OUR SOLAR PANELS UP (THEY WERE INSTALLED LATER THAN PROMISED) AND NOW IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT CONNECTED TO THE GRID. THEY ARE THE WORST AND ARE TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION. YOU ASK ONE QUESTION AND YOU GET SENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF GREAT SOLAR COMPANIES...THIS IS NOT ONE.

I am extremely pleased with the service I received. The installers did a great job and were extremely friendly. I can’t say enough good things about Gus. He was ALWAYS there to help and answer questions every step of the way. Always friendly and ever knowledgeable. The process was much easier than I imagined and sm thrilled with the product. Green Solar installed a solar system for our home. We got 24 LG panels, a monitoring system and micro inverters? Is that the right term? The panels look really good (Thank god, I was worried about my new roof and overall aesthetics) Anyway, working with Itai (the salesperson) was great. He was really informative, made sure My husband and I understand everything, he followed up , and Anthony, the project manager was great too. We had our system installed within less than 2 months, we have it for about 6 months now. It's working well and our electric bill is close to nothing. I am happy with the way they treated me. They picked up my calls when I had questions, the informed me of the status of my installation, and were nice to work with.The promo/ rebate came so we didn't need to worry about payments for a while.. I already referred 2 of our friends who are installing with them now (and got a nice referral fee out of it) and they also seem happy with the process. Thanks Itai- I will keep sending my people to you! If that matters, we are in New Mexico.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not use this company. They are not trustworthy at all. We have had them for over a year now and since the minute they finished the install that was the last we were able to get a hold of anyone. They would call me and my father up to eight times while they were trying to persuade us, and during the whole process once we agreed to go through with the solar panel install. Now nothing. I have multiple numbers that they gave me and no one answers any of them. I have left countless emails yet have received no replies. Now that I’m having issues with my panels there is no one to help. Yet I’m supposed to continue paying for something that is not working. I have even called the loan company that they work with and they told my that they would get a hold of a representative for me, yet nothing still waiting. When you can’t get a hold of a company like this at all it really makes you question their integrity. I really wish I would have looked more into it before deciding to work with them. Don’t be fooled by all the good reviews like we were. I have more then enough reason to believe that the only real reviews on her are the negative ones. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Also don’t believe their whole sales pitch about getting $1000 back as well as a 55” TV. You will never see any of that.

The only problem we had was with the install and most of that was weather related

Wow, I cannot say how sorry I am that we ever chose this company for our solar array. 2 1/2 years ago our solar array that Green Solar had installed flipped upside down in the wind because the rack failed, destroying $30,000 worth of solar panels we had installed just 3 months prior. We have been fighting with Green Solar ever since and have gotten the run around month after month after month while we continue to have to pay off the solar panels AND pay our electric bill. The rack that they installed failed. We have called countless times and are given new numbers of new people to talk to, who all reassure us that it is taken care of, the installer meanwhile has gone out of business, and we are beyond frustrated that we are paying every month for a solar array that is crushed, stacked, waiting to be inspected in the back of the barn. Don’t ever choose Green Solar. I’m determined to spread the word.

Purchase experience was fine. Installation was well done and products seem to be working well. I was promised a $1,000 Veteran rebate by the salesman after the project was completed and fully paid. While there was confusion regarding this rebate for several months, it was resolved favorably and I received the check. I would recommend them. Thank you!

Solar site was in Missouri and Green Solar,being in California, was to much distance for this company to offer prompt, reliable, or dependable service. Contractual agreement and payments were started April 2019, with promise of completion by June 2019. Construction was finally began with installers showing up for 1 day then not again for 2 weeks. Each time installers came they only spent a day then gone again. They drilled holes in roof and through exterior walls to pull wires, BUT did not run tbrough conduit. Many big mistakes so Green Solar replaced original installer with another company. The 2nd company finished the job October 2019....6 months of stress and headaches. The cost of repair to roof and exterior wall was never reimbursed by Green Solar. We would NOT recommend this company ! Panels and supplies were very good quality, bad service!

This company was great to work with. They answered questions in a timely manner, kept in touch about progress and the price was reasonable.

The overall experience with Green Solar Technologies was good. Our project manager was very attentive and communicated often to update me on the progress of the project. I would recommend Green Solar Technologies to anyone thinking of getting solar panels. Thank you Daniel Segura for your assistance!

The installation people did it fast and I loved how they explained everything and showed every detail. The project manager always stayed on top of everything. Even though we are still waiting for our electric company to give us permission to turn them on. Apparently alot of the waiting we had to do was because of our electric company. We signed the papers in March and finally got everything installed in November. I am still waiting to see how this 30% tax credit that you put back into the loan works. Because when we were getting the panels we were told that we defiantly qualify and after they got installed the loan manager said we wont qualify. After the loan manager told us that, I contacted Mara who sold us on the panels, she told us we defiantly will qualify, and she started saying well how am I supposed to know that, you tax manager only knows. So who knows who is accurate and who is lying. But Mara sure does know how to sell you the panels, lets hope once they are working we are satisfied. But who knows how much longer our electric company will take.

Great company to work with. Daniel Segura kept me in the loop for the entire project. The installer was very knowledgeable with the whole system and also explained all the workings of the new system in detail. I originally was shopping around for the best deal but green solar was the first to reach out to me so I accepted there estimate and they began work immediately, my project was half complete before the other 2 solar companies got back to me. All and all if you're going solar I highly recommend green solar technology the price is right and there customer service is great. 5 star company for sure.

Took longer than I would have hoped, but overall very easy to work with

Everyone that I dealt with was very nice and the service was fantastic! I worked with project manager Daniel Segura and he was awesome! There was an issue with the box not communicating properly and we spoke almost every day for about 2 weeks! After we did our best to figure it out over the phone, he had the installers come back to figure out the issue. Everything is fine and running as expected. I am grateful for all his help! I’m excited to see how well the panels work, especially come summer time. Thank you for being a good company to work with during this process!!

The installation crew, their communication and customer service were exemplary. Customer service, communication and follow through with the sales representative needs improvement.

Anthony presented himself as a dedicated individual focused on getting our installation completed. Well spoken and to the point. A+
