Green Team One レビュー

I Had a Solar Battery installation carried out by Green Team One. They first carried out a site survey which was detailed and comprehensive with a number of options to suit my requirements. An install date was agreed. On the day the install team arrived on time the installation was neat and tidy and before the end of the day the system was completed and up and running, Brilliant service. Technical knowledge and backup is excellent. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend Green Team One.

We went with Green Team One to add a home battery system and new EV charger to our existing Solar Edge PV array in Cardiff and are so glad we did. The service was excellent - they warned me at the start that they didn't chase or push for sales (and that sometimes meant we would have to chase them!) but I personally liked that attitude after we'd experienced the opposite from others we'd had quotes from. The efficiency they showed meant we had our whole system installed and working within 3 weeks of my enquiry. Tom came to assess the site then Brindley and Josh completed the installation. All were incredibly helpful, polite, efficient and professional and then to follow up Rob came out (on a weekend!) to check we were happy with everything and explained clearly how we could get on the right tariff to maximise the system. We have been so excited to see the battery using our solar power to minimise our grid power (even in a cloudy February!) and we've been given some great advice on how to optimise the system for our lifestyle. I would absolutely recommend them, and I'd say their values and mission are actually lived by all in the company from what we have experienced. Oh - and the quote was the most competitive too! Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Green Team One recently installed solar panels, battery & EV charger at my house and I can highly recommend them. After speaking with several installers, Rob and his team were the frontrunner for their technical knowledge, attention to detail, personal touch, non-pushy sales approach, and willingness to go above & beyond. The installation itself went very smoothly and the electricians & roofers were friendly and left the house tidy. I'm confident I made the right choice with Green Team One, and that they'll be available for any support in future if needed.

I recently had a solar panel and GivEnergy battery system installed at my home in Marshfield by Green Team One, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience.
From the very beginning, the process was seamless. I had shopped around a bit, but after speaking with Rob on the phone, I immediately felt confident moving forward . He took the time to walk me through all the available options and explained the benefits of each without any pressure or hard sell, which I really appreciated.
The next step was the site survey, where Tom came out and further personalised the plan for my home. He was thorough, practical, and worked with me to ensure we found the best solution that suited both my needs and the layout of the house.
The installation team – Brin, Ben, and Ryan – were great. They were not only professional but also super knowledgeable and friendly. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, and the installation was completed efficiently and without any hassle.
On top of this Green Team One offer aftercare providing advice and guidance on how to optimise the system’s performance.
Overall, I highly recommend Green Team One. Their professionalism, transparency, and excellent customer service made this a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. If you're considering solar installation, I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call.

Green team one just completed our PV install at our house in North Bristol. absolutely fanastic at every stage, technical advice at the start was comprehensive, the offer was the best combination (giving the best final output) I had and the quality of the install has been fantastic, from the scaffolders to the electrician and roofer. Plus the after service has given me a lot of confidence with using the panels and getting on the right tariff.
Would strongly recommend to others

Green Team One replaced the generation meter at my home near Thornbury earlier this year.
Their service was excellent throughout from my first enquiry to the completion of the job.
Tom, who replaced the meter, diagnosed the problem with my solar panels immediately and rectified it the same day.
Prompt, efficient and friendly service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have absolutely no hesitation in fully recommending Green Team One. Rob and Tom have been absolutely amazing, their customer service is second to none. If you want to deal with a knowledgeable, honest, totally reliable and ethical company you couldn't pick a company better than Green Team One. 👍
