Absolutely f****** awful. Avoid at all costs.
I placed an order at the beginning of December which was paid for in full. I was promptly contacted and told it would be a 3-4 week wait or I could have a refund. I agreed to the wait. Nearly 5 weeks later and after multiple attempts to contact the company to find out where my order is and I have heard nothing. Not only that but the order is stating that the product was delivered which it absolutely was not. I will be contacting consumer rights in the very near future if they do not contact me in order to sort out the purchase.
Absolutely pathetic excuse of a company.

Should be very aware these people will just take your money and lie! I phoned up asked them to check stock before I order for next day delivery. They check tell me yes so I pay the extra £9 for next day and then in the morning I get an email to say it’s out of stock until next week! They have took my money and just ordered it from the manufacturer all while lying to me and telling me it’s in stock and taking the extra £9 knowing full well they didn’t have it!

purchased an arizer extreme q , on a friday early morning and received my puurchase monday morrning but did pay for slighhtly better post ,its now 20;38 on the same monday and everythings working inc the baggs,,,pipe/whip and the lot and also does hand warming with assisted fan so coooool love it, did wrap sum bubke wrap back around glass parts to protect especialy for clumpsy people lol,, the vape tastes good with da bags but if u wanna get blasting of into hyper space then maybe try the whip tube with or without mouthpiece and with fan assisted on setting 1 to 3,, but dont fill the bowl up too much whiilst also sucking/fan as you may get bts in the tubing, slowlyy slowly.. 10/10 green vapes. would do business again thanks , nickhow100.

Promotion included a power Bank . Never got it .Even when I eMail them about it and was told it Would be sent later. SCAMMERS!!!!!

Ordered the new Geekvape Zeus X RTA on the Sunday and it arrived two days later - brilliant price and brilliant postal service. Even came with a free toffee sweet!

I had to make a Trustpilot account just to tell people not to buy from them they're a scam website!!

Don't make the same mistake as me!

Scam artists. Do NOT purchase from GreenVapes.co.uk or Nameste Vaporizers (same company). Was sold a £300 vape that malfunctions. No big deal, notified the company as they offer a "14 day money back guarantee" and a "100% customer satisfaction guarantee". Needless to say they are ignoring my emails. Finally got through to someone called Bryan on the phone and all seemed well. No response since. It's been a 2 week nightmare and I'm guessing Im stuck with an expensive faulty vape. Use vapefiend.co.uk instead they are fantastic!!

I bought a vaporizer from this webpage, a very expensive vaporizer which arrived in decent condition but only a day after using it,the product is malfunctioning, i have sent countless emails to the customer support and nobody has bothered to reply to me, so i guess that i wasted my money, i learned my lesson, but if you are considering to buy from this company: greenvapes.co.uk BEWARE, they are irresponsible and clearly do not care for customer satisfaction

I made an enquiry about a product, I had a reply by email within 4 hours. I made a purchase, the item arrived damaged, Green Vapes have not replied to any of my emails or answered the telephone. I also got the feeling I am not the first person to own the item. I learned a very expensive lesson, to the tune of £200. In the future I will only deal with companies that are reputable enough to trade on amazon or ebay. 1 star is too good a rating, however negative stars are not available.
Not a happy customer!

Bit disappointed with this website. The moment I tried ringing the number and it said the number is out of service I knew there was a problem. No one ever replies to your emails. I tried tracking the parcel - tracking not working. I rang the number - out of service. I rang the other number on the site - out of service. I even rang another number on Namastevapes (same company). No answer. Again. No answer.
I saw the positive reviews on here, which is why I used them however I wish I read a little further down where there are some poor reviews. I mean who has two dis-used numbers on their website?!?!??! Originally all I wanted to do was ask something but I grew suspicious when their phone numbers didn't work.
Will update when it's all concluded.

Update: Received my delivery. All seemed in very good condition and very well packaged. Can't be bothered to even attempt sending it back for a refund I'd be cutting off my nose to spite my face. Besides this was the cheapest I found a Firefly 2. Just wish the number worked it wouldn't fill you with dread after failed attempts to ring it, especially after you'd just placed a £300 order!

Made an order with two vaporizer companies today one of them got back in touch said my items would be sent out within two hours of the order. Then there is this lot, initially I had an email 3 hours after the order stating there had been a security flag it asked for information from my bank, this made me suspicious so I sent them none secure information (the billing name). I mulled it over & it didn't feel right so I thought I would call them to see if they had received my info, the main phone number wasn't recognised!! I tried another number I found on their site & this was someone taking the pee playing pink floyd "money" down the phone, so I rang the bank who told me to take a picture/screenshot of where they state a delivery time. This means that if I don't receive my goods by the last day I will be refunded & the bank will chase them up, either way hopefully the worst that can come out this is a waste of time. Sent them a nice email explaining that either way I wont be losing out however as I stated if they are just useless with their phones then I apologise & will amend any reviews. Then I checked there facebook page & the first statement confirmed my fears "scam website" tried to access an account I had allegedly set up with them only to find that there was nowhere to log in!!

Ordered Saturday. Used websites chat and got in touch on Monday mid morning because no order confirmation received. Told it would be done by the end of the day. Got delivery confirmation by end of day. Delivered next day. 10℅ off. Good customer service. Brilliant delivery. Great product. Genuine pax 2.
Will be buying from them again. Would like to have an acknowledgement email when ordered, but otherwise everything was positive.

I first ordered some items from Green Vapes and they were delayed only to never arrive. I got in touch and they immediately shipped out a replacement. This time part of my order has arrived damaged, I am sure I will receive the same level of understanding and fair trade and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

I have been looking at the Pax 2 for a while....had a few questions that Luke answered very fast and honestly via online message service. Ordered at 11 am and received my parcel at 2 pm the next day with full tracking of parcel. Plus a free gift. Amazing service. Super delivery and Great prices on all products. Would recommend Green Vapes to all my friends and use the website again for all my vaping requirements.
