Gregg is personable, helpful and never pushy... perfect when making important purchases where you need an expert on your side.

These guys really know their stuff. If you're looking for jewelry whether it be earrings, a ring, a necklace, anything with a gemstone or diamond. These guys first help you pick the best one within your budget. Then worry about the setting. I certainly didn't get the feeling That they were trying to sell me something that's been sitting in their case. They're willing to create whatever you want.

My fiancé and I shopped around and found an engagement ring available at Tiffany & Co. however we wanted to make some additions and Tiffany could not do this. Gregg was able to take our ideas, improve on the Tiffany design , and make a ring that was more spectacular than we had hoped...all for less than the cost of the Tiffany ring we based the design on. I hand picked the diamonds and Gregg walked me through the entire process.

I don't have enough room to say how incredible this place is. We designed and bought our engagement/wedding rings from Gregg and that was in 2002. Since then, I have sent so many happy customers to Gregg. Actually, I never consider anyone else. EVER.

Michael and Nikki are also terrific. There's never any pressure and they're always looking to make their customers happy.

The hardest part of doing business with them is that eventually, I have to leave their office.

He helped us build a custom ring that was in our budget in a timely manner. I would work with him again for other jewelry purchases

Personalized, friendly environment, creative, fair pricing, trustworthy. Bought our engagement diamond from him and had him set it and design a ring around it that we could buy in pieces for special occasions. Very clever! Just getting the final piece done now. I wouldn't take my expensive jewelry, rings, watches etc. anywhere else.

Gregg, was recommended from a couple of friends. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I was looking for a cushion cut diamond, and Gregg showed me 3 great options and I compared him to many other suppliers. Gregg custom designed my ring and was just blown away by how great it looked. I won a gift certificate and was a little worried I wouldnt be able to pick out anything in my price range. But Greg suggested something with my birthstone, an opal, and we got on the computer and he found a lovely opal pendant for me. I really like it and have received many compliments on it. Had a fairly simple fix in needing my ring re-sized. Gregg Helfer not only made the ring fit like new but the ring never looked better.

I worked with Gregg when I lived in Chicago, and since I moved I have not found anyone I trust as much. Via e-mail, he helped guide me through the process of buying a cushion cut stone, and he made sure that the one I eventually selected was brilliant and that the halo stones accentuated it instead of detracting from it.
