Amazing healthy plan. Easy to follow with just some organisation required. I've lost nearly 3 stone and over a year later, I've maintained. Can't recommend this highly enough.

Really pleased with my experience!
Firstly the service I have received has been incredible, I have felt so supported from the team and I can’t thank them enough.
Secondly, the recipes! Every evening I look forward to trying something new and always knowing it’s going to be delicious!

I have been doing Gregg Wallace Health now for almost two years - I have lost weight, I have stumbled sometimes along the way but they are so supportive, it’s ok to have a bad day, tomorrow is a different day. Some good recipes, support from Libby, Gregg and the team and a really friendly Facebook page

What an amazing thing joining GWH has been for me. The food is fab, easy to cook and all worked out nutritionally. All in the supermarkets so don’t need to hunt for things we’ve never heard of. Yummy 😋

The support is THE BEST I’ve ever experienced, fb group members, the professional expert advice given to us Kat who runs her own business The Heath Boost -Sevenoaks , and of course the lovely Libby Wallace always at the end of the emails, messages and fb live chats keeps us motivated.
The group is non judgemental and deals with all health issues guiding us along at our own pace.

After trying calorie counting, weight loss groups with weekly meets and intermittent fasting, i stumbled across a video of Gregg Wallace offering help. I signed up with nothing to lose, other than a stubborn few stones, and it's turned out to be one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Gregg calls every two days to discuss things and keep me on track, there's absolutely no calorie counting and the recipes on the website are all filmed and easy to follow. It's 3 meals a day and they're delicious, filling and nutritious.
Overall, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. I'm currently weighing in at 23st11lb, down from 31 when I made the decision to lose weight. It's not only about weight loss, there are so many more benefits such as increased energy, eyesight improvement and diabetes improvement where I'm now only borderline. The downside is buying new clothes every few months, but there are worse problems to face!

Just started this journey and the recipes are easy even I can cook them which is a real step in the right direction. Really good support got checked in on my first day and feel for the first time that I am going to achieve my goals. Thousand% recommend 😊

Rip off. They sent the reminder renewal but it ended up in my spam folder. They as good as called me a liar despite me sending a screen shot of their unopened email in my spam folder. I even offered to let them keep 1 months subscription but refund the rest They have forced me to apply to Romford small claims court to get my £89 back. That will be plus costs. Terrible customer service

I cancelled my subscription and still the annual payment came out of my bank. Customer services just kept repeating I hadn’t cancelled it and I could not have my money back.

Great experience. Finally a weight loss plan that actually works. The people running it are so helpful and the community makes it feel like a family. Couldn’t recommend enough.

GWH is such a great website, so many useful blogs and recipes and there is a wonderful community feel! Couldn't recommend it enough to anyone.

Ive had a positive weight loss journey with the programs and advice from Greggs team.

I find great assurance in knowing that a support structure exists that gives me confidence in times when I’ve gone off track with my diet and need to refocus on my food choices.

All in all it’s been a very productive and enjoyable experience for me in expanding my cooking skills and made me reevaluate my relationship with food.

Yet again i am having to write on here Trying to get a refund from this company is almost impossible when they totally ignore your emails. They replied to my last email after putting a review on here They said it went into their junk mail. So maybe my cancellation email went into their junk mail! I replied to them right away and still waiting for a reply!!! That was on Monday. It is now Friday and no doubt I won't hear from them over the weekend so another week has passed Is there not a 14 day cooling off period as surely this is a new contract at a more expensive price than I paid last year. I would appreciate a response so if needed, I can take it further

It’s interesting to see others on here with the same issues around customer service and membership.
I tried to cancel my membership as soon as I realised it had been taken which was on the same day the money was taken and at double the price with no communication and was told they would not refund me. They said a email had been sent but hadn’t been opened - I’ve checked and I do not have the email. It’s my word against there’s and there was no goodwill received. To say I’m furious is an understatement.
I have seen numerous posts on FB which they take down saying similar issues with membership. I was then removed from the group for highlighting the problem. To me it’s wrong to happily take peoples money and not review the process when it repeatedly shown is flawed.
I would not recommend this company and would avoid at all costs.

Like other 1* reviewers I cancelled my subscription but yet they have taken another payment from my credit card I have messaged twice on the app and have sent 2 emails as well as posting on FB group page The only reply I got was on FB to tell me that it was not the appropriate outlet to complain - I should email them. I was told they will definitely get back to me but there was only 1 person dealing with admin Imagine my further disgust when I come on Trust Pilot and see someone is answering these reviews from 6 days ago Why are my messages/emails not been answered After all the first one I sent was 6 days ago Have you had too many complaints that 1 person can't deal with them
I want a refund as I am unable to pay back my credit card on my state pension

After years of yo-yo dieting, being a fussy eater and not cooking much, this app has really helped me to change my overall outlook on food!
There are loads of recipes to choose from, which are really easy to do. It’s all in the planning and making food a priority.
The app gives you access to nutritional support and has a really good community feel.
I would highly recommend this app to anyone, forget faddy dieting and worrying about portion control , I’ve lost weight easily. Go for it!!! 😊

I joined GWH last summer with amazing results. I am now more conscious of what I eat, have lost inches and weight and no longer feel the need to snack. Using the meal planner and being more organised I use the delicious recipes to guide me. My food bill costing less too as no waste, just buy whats needed. I still like to do my own thing sometimes and can do just by following the philosophy.

The specialist team support is fabulous and I love the blogs -more please. Keeps me motivated. No concerns with membership. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Having previously tried everything else from slimming world to weightwatchers, I discovered this plan last summer and found it a breath of fresh air.
So many tasty and easy recipes to choose from on the website, blogs, motivational emails and a whole heap of help and support from the GWH team and other members on the Facebook group.
My blood sugars have come down from pre-diabetic to not diabetic, I'm happier and better organised and I've lost weight in a steady sustainable way :)

Great supportive team. Kept me on track. Lots of help when needed. The strategies have helped me to get organised and save money on shopping.

I have been using Gregg Wallace health since August. For me this plan is about planning my meals and making more healthy choices in the way we life. I love the recipes and meal planning and not thinking about what to eat has made huge differences to our life’s. Also the weight loss is a bonus.
