I have lost 4 stone with this healthy eating plan, I’ve tried lots of diets and lost weight but put it back on, however with this new plan, it’s my new way of life and I feel so much healthier. With over 500 recipes to choose from and lots of variety, most recipes have videos to follow if you are not a confident cook, which you don’t have to be to cook these recipes.
This is one of the best things I’ve done and will continue to follow this plan.

The nation needs this! The whole plan is based on healthy eating and lifestyle habits that you can carry out for your whole life. Covers a whole range of subjects and is much needed.

Even though I’m a fussy eater I’ve enjoyed the recipes so far. The thing that I’m really impressed with is how cheaply I can make these meals and how easy the recipes are to follow. I’m not a natural cook but I’m starting to feel more confident in the kitchen. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the meal planner isn’t interactive, but I understand this is a feature that they will be adding in the future.

The website is great! It has so many recipes to choose from and as I live by myself this is super handy for meal prepping during my busy work days too! The handiness of having so many medical experts is great and the workouts are super efficient and can be done without setting foot outside the house! All this on one website is exactly what I need!

It's not just a diet it gives you the tools for life to live a happy and healthy one . A great Online Community and the access daily to the GWH in-house nutritionist. As a menopausal, lupus sufferer I never thought I would find something that works ... this does .
It also still has the personal touch that the team provide ...
100s of recipes no matter what your dietary needs ( I'm Gluten Free) to help with your health journey ... but most importantly the knowledge surrounding food , health and mindset
And now with specialist on board to help with dietary specifics.... all for a low cost .... !

The Gregg Wallace Health plan has changed my life. In 9 months I’ve lost 5 stone, learned to cook and my BMI is now out of the morbidly obese category. The recipes are delicious, filling and easy to prepare. I’ve tried all the “diets” each time losing a load quickly and then piling it all back on and some extra. This is different, this is sustainable and healthy and it really works.

Not only do I feel better, I think better. My entire mindset has shifted and I’m incredibly grateful to GWH for this life changing health plan. I still have a long way to go on my journey but I know it’s a journey for life and it’s a life I now love 💚

Great customer service, I've been a member for years and everyone is brilliant at helping me with my account (technology is not my forte) and encouraging me in my health plan. The live chat is great, as is the support from other members on the facebook group. It's the only way I've been able to healthily lose weight and maintain my goal. I also love how involved Gregg is in the business! Really recommend for those seeking a healthy and sustainable diet plan.

Quite literally hundreds of recipes, plus a bunch of different filters for dietary requirements.
Pretty much every meal I've made has been tasty, and there's extra content being added all the time.
The community is really helpful and it's cheap for the amount of stuff you get.

Not what I expected, asked for my money back straight away, was told no! They were using reviews from a previous incarnation and therefore misleading. Not recommended

A few good recipes but let down by the website and claims of a plan and support.

The meal planner is an empty table on a pdf.

The "new" website is not easy to use, the online recipes are not laid out in a professional way and are difficult to follow, most of the other recipes are in ebooks that have to be purchased on top of the annual subscription.

The support is a Facebook group of other people posting photos of what they've cooked each day and a weekly newsletter that's clearly been written in a hurry and is full of grammatical and spelling mistakes and doesn't add much value.

It's a shame, this could have potential but it's being run by people who don't know what they're doing and don't know when to get help.

I can only speak as I find. Although presently I am not a member I got in touch via email for further information. I received a prompt response from my email. It was courteous and informative. I am going to look at some of their recipes to see if it’s a diet that suits me before entering into a contract.

Extremely bad customer service. I signed up for a year only to find out that you have to pay additional fee's to access the recipe books. Asked for a full refund and was flatly refused. Not even in a nice way, just pointed to the terms and conditions. In my opinion, I would avoid this company at all costs.

Signed up for the annual plan. Very little actual advice, just drink water and eat 3 of their meals a day. Recipes are ok but pulse and grain heavy. Zero nutritional information provided. Website is clunky and tracking is non-existent. Just spaces for measurements and goals but no records of progress. Meal tracking is a printable PDF. The member interaction requires use of a Facebook group. The fitness portion is just YouTube videos with a fitspo person, no real people to motivate you. Overall a very disappointing program. The success stories are very vague and suggest the test subjects got a lot more support and coaching than is actually available. The lack of nutritional information is the main crux for me. If you want to track properly you need this and spending hours inputting the recipes to do so is not conducive to the easy plan they advertise. It's not realistic to just pick 3 recipes every day. One needs to be able to track. The ebooks are additional costs and should be included in the full plan.

I signed up for 6 months membership I couldn’t get full access to all the site, talking in their chat asked if I had not logged in properly etc pointing to me as it was my fault. The following day no one comes back to you I have to make contact again as the first chat fry said the night before she didn’t know what the problem is…. No apology. I believe there are two people on their chat, I also sent emails but have not had a response to these. In my chats I clearly say I have had enough and want a refund as the website wasn’t working. I was then told a program error on the six month membership for the fitness being told 20 you tube videos but then no only 8, no information on how often to exercise by this point I wasn’t impressed with the lack of access or knowledge of what the site should do, no one knowing what was happening. Not one apology by either of these two people on the chat just a thanks for bringing to their attention. I requested a refund to be continuously be sent their policy on no refunds if you accessed the site, but I have not fully accessed the site as I was told in the chat it wasn’t working. as I couldn’t get full access and this was verified by one of the chat operators. I should be refunded. Yes it’s £29 but why should I lose out and now be ignored by this company for a refund. I’m not going to use this site as it’s not very professional. I would just avoid a company that takes money, points the finger at the user when it was their technology! Legally they have to give a refund as in their terms, I will take this further. I have posted on their instagram as feel aggrieved by their failings. I also want to warn others.
