Ordered a pair of sneakers for my wife size7
Well they weren’t a 7 actually an 8 that’s why
they have this sale actual price £195 sale price
£98.00 that’s literally 1/2 the price.
So I assume someone made a cockup somewhere and know they have these sneakers
Not just women’s but men’s sneakers also
all wrong sizes a 6 is a 7 is an 8 and so on
and returning them is a nightmare it took me an hour trying to print a return label.

Do NOT order from this company. Fake cheap shoes. I ordered 3 pairs. Two pairs were a completely different colour to what I ordered and the other pair were a plastic pair of sliders. Only a 10% refund offered and you have to cover the shipping , they threaten that the items will most probably get lost so will not give you a refund . Poor customer service .
CHEAP CHINESE CRAP! Complete ripoff !!!!

Received items are totally different to that advertised and ordered. They have offered a 10% discount for something I didn’t want in the first place and of very low quality. They have also refused to pay return shipping. Stay clear no matter what is advertised. I am convinced the trap forms part of their business model.

Another wonderful pair of shoes from Grenson. Strong but lightweight. Soft leather and cushioned insole. They are beautifully made and very stylish. Wonderful. Love them

I am giving 5 stars to offset what is being caused by dodgy Chinese sites piggybacking off Grenson. Grensonmall and other spin offs is one that my wife used that used to be a Geox spin off using the same business model. Fancy pictures, crap cheap products that arrive (probably from uk warehouse) and when you say you want a return you have to return by tracked service to China. I bet you any money even if you do then they deny it has been received in China and you have to try via your PayPal or Visa chargeback etc.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP/SELLER!!! Bought some jelly sandals & received totally the wrong order & was told I had to pay for the returns in order to get a full refund!! Return postage is £25!!

Returned some shoes which I received an email for saying they’d received them in their warehouse on the 17/06/26 . I’ve messaged customer service department. Their reply was that they were still with Dpd . I’m now no further forward and left wondering what is going on . I’ve dealt with Grenson before and always been highly satisfied. Somethings going terribly wrong and ruing the reputation of such a prestigious company.

Cheap lumps of plastic. . Took weeks to arrive and they were not even the right colour . Rio off merchants . The shoes I thought I was getting looked very nice on their advert . A lesson to never buy on Facebook!

The sandals purchased and not what were sent to me, reached out to customer service and had zero response. Complete waste of my money: do not purchased from this company

Ordered jelly sliders & got totally wrong sliders - cheap & not what I ordered. Emailed Grenson mall & I have to return them to China for full refund!! Postage will cost more than I paid. Avoid this company. They took my money & sent cheap goods.

Look at all your replies to reviews, all are similar claiming everyone ordered from another fake company . So you know this ? And you cannot secure your website. I order from other brands and they do not have this issue. All I can have to say please refund my money. Your company made a mistake I cannot be the one to bear the cost for your negligence. I cannot pay for an item and also pay for delivery and not get value for money.

Would put minus if I could ..ordered toe loop sandals nearly 4 weeks ago via an ad on insta sandals delivered last Sunday and they are completely different to what I ordered in style ,& colour. Have emailed customer service 3 times in the last 7 days and have been totally ignored ..shocking FO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Diabolical service - do not order anything from this Company/website.
I ordered 3 x pair sandals same style different colours. When arrived only 1 pair of sandals was actually what I ordered, 2 other pairs were cheap, nasty flip flops and not what I ordered.
Upon complaining I requested a full refund but was offered a 10% discount (£5.00) and a voucher to use on other items. They said they could not provide a returns service as too expensive and any return would be at my expense. The 2 incorrect pairs hit the bin as rubbish - you have been warned. Don’t entertain this Company as they take your money and don’t even send what was ordered!!!

Grenson men quincy cowskin men sandal all through winter they have been reduced from £195 to £59 now summer on way put them back up to £195 so basically £195 for last years stock..They don't think customers notice

I have owned a pair of Grenson sneakers for just over a year. I walk around 10k steps per day. They were uncomfortable out of the box (size OK but really inflexible and stiff). I tried to persevere assuming they would wear-in but I have eventually given up and switched brand to the relief of my feet. I will not buy their shoes again.

I had a really positive experience with Grenson’s customer service.

Yesterday afternoon I messaged to ask about replacement laces for my G70 sneakers. Within a few hours they replied with the correct options and even sent a photo so I could confirm. Once I did, they asked for my address and offered to send a couple of pairs in the post.

Given this, I’m surprised to see so many negative comments about their service.

I’ve been wearing Grenson shoes for around 20 years (I still have my first pair from the tiny Liverpool Street shop), and both the quality and service have always been excellent.

This is what customer service should be in 2026, sent email, got a reply next day, polite, explained situation, sent replacement (my fault I ordered wrong product), I emailed back and they truly exceeded my expectations. Seriously I could not be happier with the level of service, the thing that amazed me was this was all over a pair of £7.99 laces!!! Thanks Grenson, I have 3 pairs and will be buying more if they didn't last so long!

What a terrible Customer Service experience. Having bought previously from Grenson don't waste your money, the soles were so flat and hard. Not to mention me being accused off my parcel arriving when infact it went to a completely different address! Grenson did not believe me had to fight on email to get a refund. DPD driver told me second time that new driver didn't know area. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS GRENSON! I even resorted to emailing CEO did he respond, No. Speaks volumes about this brand. No UK phone number either. Most stressful purchase I've had and never again. Go to Lanx better quality boots and I'm sure a lot more helpful too.
