We used Gribbon and Pelham for a home buyers survey. The resulting report was well detailed and with us just two days after the survey. On the day we had Antony call us to give us a summary and ask some questions. Process was incredibly smooth and pricing was very fair. Would highly recommend!

The survey appointment was booked in quickly and completed as planned. The surveyor gave verbal feedback on the same day as completing the survey which was extremely helpful. The written report was completed in good time and was very thorough. All the staff we dealt with have been extremely friendly and helpful.
