Everyone at Groffs is so friendly and extremely helpful! Everytime I take my car there they are honest with me about what's going on and honor their warranties without question. I never have to worry about if I'm getting ripped off or lied to! They are my #1 choice for mechanic hands down.

Groffs auto has always been my go to shop, since moving here in 2014.
They work quick and really help you throughout the process to not make it stressful. I've recommended multiple folks from work here, and they love Groffs too.

Groff's Automotive provided me estimate quickly after accurately diagnosing my climate control system issue. They were able to repair my vehicle in the timeframe they stated and the work was impeccable. My care was clean and ready to go when they told me it would. I highly recommend Groff's.

I am very pleased with the experience and the professionalism. I have taken my vehicle once before to get my heater fixed and they did a great job and very honest.

This time I took my vehicle in because of a knocking noise front left passenger side when driving and a scraping noise when I would brake. I took my vehicle in almost a month ago to Pep Boys to get my brakes and roaters done amongst other things. Well the guys at Pep Boys did a poor job ( that's just a nice way to put it).

Dave at Groffs Automotive informed me that the reason why I was having the knocking noise and scraping noise was because the left caliper bracket bolt was missing, the remaining bolt was loose, the caliper was rubbing against the wheel, wheel tape weights had been knocked off, and the right upper slide pin was bent because of incorrect installation.

This could have ended in a lawsuit against Pep Boys. Something serious could have happened while driving my vehicle. I thank God it didn't. Groffs Automotive is a blessing! Thank you everyone for taking your time and ensuring that my vehicle is safe to drive.

I wanted to know the condition of the Engine in my Jeep, and their report was complete and accurate. That is what I wanted.

Honest and transparent guys that truly get to the root cause of your problems. There isn't much more you can ask of a local mechanic. Well worth the money and time and leaves you with peace of mind. Come to these guys if you want an honest and quality experience!

My car needed a new battery but is old and will be needing some more TLC. Thank you for the timely service, honesty, and informing me on future repairs.

We were really impressed with the fast and great service . It was our first time using this mechanics, our car had a couple codes on and they fixed the one and said the other was only on because of the Initial problem, very honest and straightforward. And the shop is super clean. Our car is running great !

No one.was wearing.mask. I almost turned.around and walked out. No one.likes to wear them.but.until this.virus which is worldwide is under control it is.important.to protect yourself.and others. Not doing.so says "You.do not care".

I cant express enough how happy I am with Groffs!!! I took my 72 chevelle in for some minor issues and they got me in quickly and out quickly. Wow. first initial thought. We had gotten some scary feedback from a chain company about the condition of our truck. I contacted Brian and we were welcomed to come in Monday morning for an assessment/appraisal.

Sam greeted us and committed to checking out all the issues. Later that day we got a call from him with a quote and he assured us that they had taken care of the problem with minor tweaks but tons of expertise. Amazing. He said the truck would drive like new, and sure enough he was right! We'll never go back to a chain company. We're sticking with Groff's. Highly recommend! We won't go anywhere else.
