Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff that took the time to ensure my truck was taken care of.

Very happy! I needed to find out if my 213,000 mile Suburban should be repaired or replaced. They performed the necessary tests and advised me on where to go from here until it's time to put old Betsy to rest. The news was as I expected not good. As advised will do the minimum recomended repairs until it's time to replace my engine or scrap the car. In all I'm very happy with Groff's and TRUST them and will be getting all my vehicles repaired by them in the future. Already I have swapped one vehicle for another. Thank you Brian and the crew!

My P/U is back to driving and handling like it was new.

Fantastic service as always. I do most of my own car work. When my car requires more service than I can handle Groff's is the only place my cars go. They are always fair and carefully explain what needs to be done in terms anyone can understand.

Once again Dave and the entire team at Groff's did an amazing job on my 2003 Subaru Forester. This time I noticed a whining sound coming from my front end and I suspected a bad wheel bearing. I stopped by another shop near my home and asked them to do an oil change and evaluate the bearing. They came back with an estimate of nearly $2400. They stated my steering rack needed replaced, both front wheel bearings and the oil pan seal. I stopped them at the oil change and took the estimate to Groff's. Dave and the mechanics looked over the car and told me the leak was actually from the head gasket and was very minor. This leak gave the appearance that the rack was leaking. Considering the age and mileage on the car (148,000) I was advised to monitor the leak vs. a major engine repair. Additionally, they identified the specific wheel bearing needing replacement and took care of the pinpoint repair. No up-selling at all. They were fast courteous and professional and the final bill was under 20% of the repair cost quoted to me by the other shop. I rely on this little car to be my daily driver and the team at Groff's has never let me down.

I was treated fairly and respectfully from start to finish. As a female walking into a new-to-me automotive shop, that is something I can really appreciate. I hope I don’t have to see them again anytime soon, but if I do, I know it will be a good experience.

They were great. My car wouldn't start on Monday morning and they were able to check it and give me an estimate a few hours after I had it towed to them. When they determined what they needed to do to fit it they called with an exact price and were able to complete the work that day so I didn't need to miss any more work.

Everything was done right and delivered as promised.
