Unfortunately, I'm leaving the Groove platform (for legitimate reasons I won't share here). But, as the title says their Chat Support is gold-standard, among the best I have ever dealt with. I can't remember all of their names, but with this most recent issue I dealt with Varnita. She quickly helped resolve an issue that I sent to their support desk which was unresolved for over a week. Every issue that I've sent to the support desk either took forever or was ignored entirely. Support Chat however, NEVER let me down! I will miss their Support Chat, they were knowledgeable, courteous, and proficient.

Samantha was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly!

I needed to update the details of my bank card and Samantha arranged a Zoom call to complete the required change to my account details. It went very smoothly, and I was delighted with the service Samantha provided. Thank you

Many thanks to Ford for helping me work through a bug in the system. He went over and above by helping to building out 2 new forms when the editing function wasn't working. Both forms are now working great!

I was having an issue that was causing significant delays on a project of mine. I reached out to the Groove Digital team and within under an hour, I had not only a resolution, but the team had created a personal video for my issue, showing me how to solve it for future reference.

Special mention to Vani Pandya for all of her help throughout the issue. Extremely impressed.

It's been clear that since May 2nd 2024, the company has been engaged in FALSIFYING their Trustpilot score.

On May 1st 2024 the actual score for Groove on Trustpilot was 2.3, with mostly bad (1-2 star) but honest reviews by duped customers from all over the world, and written over the course of many years.

In March a lot of their top level affiliates were ditched, even big names, as the company made them lose their FB groups.

Since the first week of May 2024, it is clear that the pattern and rating of reviews is not natural, moving it in less than 2 WEEKS from 2.3 stars to "great" (4 stars).

On July 18th 2023, as evidenced by screenshots sent to and logged by Trustpilot, their COO wrote a fake 5 star review here for Groove, the company he is a founding partner of. It was later removed as this scrupulous practice by the company was pointed out.

Anyone, hopefully @Trustpilot as well, can notice that this PATTERN IS NOT NATURAL and that their intention is to sucker and scam more people into their overhyped, underdelivering groove.cm and groove.ai products, that are buggy, have never been completed even to close what they promised on sales videos and presentations, and have even extremely bad Google SEO when you check the site on Pagespeed.

Shame on you, Groove.

Jhon Garcia is a rough diamond one never should forget to keep an eye on. Customer-friendly, Authentic, to-the-point, goes the extra mile and also someone that gave me a trustworthy feeling from the start. As the VP Customer Support of Groove Digital Inc., he's doing a great job.

It may be sometimes overwhelming to get in touch, which is caused by everything that comes up working with and in the Groove company, where everyone has to work very hard to keep all their customers happy. Though when rough water seems raising, Jhon has the ability to stay calm, and put the Sails in the right direction with the result of not only heading for the satisfaction and success of his customers, but building business relations for the future, too.

Thank you very much Jhon, you've earned your 5 stars. No doubt. And, looking forward to doing business with, and talking to you in the future.

About "The Groove Experience":
Creation goes from vision through implementation to experience. For the team, the customer, and the results. Rome hasn't been built on the same day as Köln, but it are two wonderful cities with a rich history. Groove Digital, Inc. will probably take Route66. Fact is, I'm sure they'll gonna reach their destination as (one of the best) U.S. based platforms.

One of my favourite things about Groove is the live support. I was working with Joey today (who I've worked with before) and he is always patient and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. He does not rush the support, explains things well, and always ensures that I have been able to resolve my challenge. All of the live support agents at Groove have been really wonderful!

I had a question about how responsive is of Groove Pages.
Varnita Pandya from support responded to me within minutes.
She even created a video, guiding me on the solution.

I decided to cancel my subscription and requested a full refund. I was contacted by Jill Sanders and she handled the process quickly. Jill answered all my questions and took care of my request. At this time I felt I did not have the need to keep your product but if I decide to make the purchase again it will be because of the professionalism displayed by Jill.
