Prompt response and excellent customer services

I purchased travel hair straighteners for my wife. Good delivery time from Mainland Europe to Scotland. Excellent price. Arrived well packaged. Having read some negative reviews I was a bit worried but this was unfounded. I would definitely buy again from this company

Erg slecht heb geld betaald maar geen lp ontvangen ze reageren ook niet op mijn email. Dus geld kwijt en geen kado voor mijn zoon . Gewoon oplichters

No puedo confiar en esta tienda, venden productos sin stock y es un caos. Hice un pedido el 28 de diciembre, de este pedido supuestamente enviaron un CD que aún no me ha llegado, el otro sin stock, mi dinero retenido.
Segundo pedido de 3CDs que hice por una buena oferta de uno de ellos, me escriben para comentarme que no tienen stock casualmente de ese CD de oferta y que no lo van a recibir, de los otros dos tampoco tienen stock a día de hoy.
No tienen opción de solicitar cancelación de pedido en la propia web, escribo por email para cancelar ambos pedidos y no me responden.
Pongo una reclamación en mi banco, y justo en ese momento me responden ("reembolso ya se ha iniciado y referido a nuestro departamento de
contabilidad"), pero aún no he recuperado mi dinero.
No lo puedo recomendar. Muy mala experiencia.

A pesar de ver malas experiencias supuse que la mayoria eran de fuera de europa o cosas compradas sin stock pero la cagué y mucho confiando en ellos. Compré dos discos en stock el 13 de diciembre con supuesta llegada el 19 de diciembre y estamos a 10 de enero y no han llegado. Lo mejor es que ya cuando los enviaron el 19 (siendo el dia que debian llegar) les pregunté por el numero de seguimiento y me dijeron que no hombre que esa opcion no tiene A PESAR DE QUE EN NINGUN LADO TE DICE QUE LA PRIMERA OPCION DE ENVIO NO TIENE (la de gratis si gastas +30). De primeras tuve paciencia por festivos, un envío desde Alemania tarda una semana como mucho, asi que cuando se cumplieron dos semanas les contacté otra vez y se lavan las manos con que ups retrasos y paciencia. La putada máxima y que fue la mayor red flag es que pagué por transferencia ya que cobraban usando tarjeta... se lo tienen bien montado para librarse.
He reportado la transacción al banco porque es una verguenza ya solo el hecho de que mientan y tengan tanto retraso. Está clarísimo que incluso las cosas 'en stock' no vienen desde Alemania

hice un pedido el 3 de diciembre y a dia de hoy 18 todabia no lo he recibido lleva en holanda tres dias parados y lo necesitaba para navidades. y ellos encima no se hacen cargo de ponerse en contacto con el mensajero... un desastre ultima vez que les hago un pedido

I ordered a phone from Grooves.com, and it has now been two weeks with no delivery. When I check the tracking information, it still shows the package as “in transit” with no meaningful updates.

For an expensive item like a phone, this level of delay and lack of transparency is unacceptable. There has been no clear communication or reassurance about when (or if) the order will arrive. This has been a very frustrating experience, and it has made me lose trust in this business.

I would not recommend Grooves.com based on my experience.

A los meses me devuelven el importe sin mediar palabra.

After-sales service is extremely poor. The seller assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any shipped packages. My 191-euro record was only wrapped in a single layer of cardboard—no protective cushioning materials were used, and the packaging was inadequately sealed, resulting in the item shifting and partially exposing itself during transit.
After my item was damaged, I had no choice but to file a compensation claim through the postal service. Upon successfully winning the claim, the postal service required the sender (the seller) to collect the compensation in person at the local post office. However, the seller completely ignored all the emails I sent regarding this matter. Who knows if they have already collected the compensation and pocketed it for themselves?

J'ai attendu des jours, reçu le mauvais article, dû le retourner à mes frais, subi un SAV hostile qui ne répond que sous la contrainte et se fiche ouvertement de moi. Je ne serai bien évidemment jamais remboursée. Je n'aurais jamais imaginé une chose pareille de nos jours. Comment n'ont-ils pas fait faillite depuis belle lurette en étant aussi incompétents à toutes les étapes de la transaction, dans un secteur si concurrentiel ?

Verkäufer hat Angebote im Shop und verspricht eine Lieferung, da Artikel auf Lager. Nach Bestellung kam eine Mail, dass der Artikel beim Hersteller Bestellt werden muss. Die von mir bestelleten Artikel können beim Hersteller wegen Produktionseinstellung gar nciht mehr geordert werden. Der verkäufer verweigert nach Aufforderung der Rückerstattung die Kommunikation. Bestellung sollte Versandkostenfrei sein, nun soll ich einen Versandkostenanteil von 3,95€ selbst tagen, obwohl nie etwas geliefert wurde.
Das nenne ich mal ABSOLUT UNSERIÖS.....

Katastrophal. Habe vor 4 Wochen eine CD-Box gekauft, die laut Website auf Lager war (>10 Stück). Trotzdem schaffen sie es nicht, die Box zu liefern. Zwei Anfragen blieben unbeantwortet, auf eine 3. Anfrage kam eine sinnfreie KI-Antwort. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen der Laden!

Vorsicht vor diesem Laden – ich habe eine neue Vinylplatte gekauft, und eine Seite ist ab Werk fehlerhaft, mit Rauschen und Störgeräuschen. Dieser Laden hat keinen Kundenservice, keine Rückgaben – das ist ein Betrug, und niemand weiß, woher die Platten stammen. Ich warne alle – kauft dort keine Schallplatten!!

He echo una compra y una vez pagado ,al cabo de 24 h me pidieron que les enviara una foto de la tarjeta de crédito que utilice ,pues he mandado la foto y no tengo ninguna respuesta de ningun tipo, no recomiendo este sitio
