Usually now, I test if suppliers are willing to get into an ongoing conversation and ‘help’ before any money has been exchanged. If you are trying their service be very weary. I was lucky enough to be checking my results thrououghly every few days, when i realised there was no playlists to support the streams i asked them to stop. Spotify flagged those streams through their own mechanisms and removed them. I'm lucky not to lose my account. Buyer beware.

To be clear again there are no playlists. There is no second advertising service. It was all groove gainer other than a meta ads campaign pulling in 100 streams. The rest of the streams were marked artificial. Open to resolving this with groove gainer and will change this review if it is resolved satisfactorily

Groove Gainer helped me plan my drop, super clear & real results in just a few days. With their help I gained traction and can focus more on creating rather than wasting time on looking for audience.

We tested their service intentionally with a song that was doing really well on the streaming sites. There was absolutely no movement, not even 1 stream from this company. They do not send you any proof of playlists that you are supposedly on. So, I would stay far away from this one as it appears to be a scam.

Edit on 4/9/2026 - I did email you before submitting the first review. The first response was basically telling me to be patient (that was a few weeks after paying for the service and not hearing anything about placements). The second time I emailed you, you wanted to see my artist account stats and refused to send me proof of any playlists I was supposedly added to. I should not have to show you my artists stats for you to send me proof that you placed me on playlists. If you had submitted my song to playlists, there should be no reason that you cannot send me that info. If you cannot send proof of your work or even refund my money, then I have to assume that your service is a scam.

Used their service for my one song and received a message from Spotify that my song was getting artificial streams. Thankfully Spotify gave me a warning and didn’t decide to take my music down. I’ve been messaging Axle for days and received no response yet. Poor customer service. I’m truly disappointed with groove gainer because I trusted them with my music. Sadly this service is just like the rest of the scam services….

I found Axel to be very hands on, and a very encouraging person. From the first week I’ve received 164 new monthly listeners, I believe it to be organic and not a scam that pushes bots! I will be using groove gainer to help assist my own separate promotion for future tracks! I would recommend them !
