Very disappointed at everything that went wrong with my last order. The card was a farewell note for a colleague, scheduled to be sent at a specific time so they'd be able to receive it in their inbox before going on an extended leave.

Not only did GroupTogether's system fail to send the card at the scheduled time, it failed to alert or notify me about the failure at all.

When I realized the card was never sent and contacted support, they first blamed a "firewall issue" on the recipient's side, telling me that the card was undeliverable. This turned out to be false. Just minutes blaming the "firewall", they were finally able to send the card through after all - at which point it was far too late.

Very easy and convenient to follow. Would have rated 5 stars; but the instructions stated that it would take 4 hours to process the card, when in fact it happened straight away. I had wanted it to be a surprise and have it sent just before a surprise meeting.

Best experience, customer service were incredible helping me deal with a minor issue! Highly recommend

It was a very easy process creating a group farewell card that people could sign and contribute to if they wanted. The website had lots of information and step-by-step guides on everything which was really helpful!

Ive used group together a few times and overall the experience os positive. However, if someone doesnt know, (like me) when you go to withdraw or purchase the funds, there is a waiting period of about 3 hours. Then they send you an email saying its ready to withdraw, then based on your bank account you may be waiting another 24 hours. Plus theres a fee at the end! That you dont read about until after.. unless you're one of those people that reads the fine print and most people dont.. like me... so yeh.. its great but there are hidden things for those that are not savvy!

Very easy to navigate and much more efficient than circulating a paper card, which can easily be lost or fail to reach everyone in an office setting.

Even though it came together last minute, it was so good to see how many people jumped in to sign and contribute. It really showed how appreciated they are, and made a real impact.

Easy to set up - easy to use! No handling of money. Wide range of gifts!

I did a collection for a going away gift that closed two weeks ago. I opted for the cash withdrawal (less commission) option so that I could buy a personalised gift. The deposit was supposed to be transferred to my account within 3 days. To date it has not been received. Each time I reach out to them, I speak to a different person who keeps saying I must have entered my bank details incorrectly. I didn’t. Then they say they made the transfer so their side is complete. I’m beginning to think that I’m out of pocket $790 because in the end I still had to buy a gift using my own money - even if they hadn’t transferred the cash to me. I would avoid using this website. I have also raised the issue with consumer affairs.

The platform is very easy to use and allows for a large group to write special messages to create a beautiful memories and gifts for people. Many thanks

The process is easy and lots of great templates to use. Modifying the delivery date turned into a problem and ultimately the card was delivered too early. I tried working with the support team, but they seemed unable to understand the direction "I need to change the delivery date from 3/31 to 5/31." Pretty disappointed there.

Easy to use, convenient, nice designs. This is my go-to for work gifts.
