I've been running Deepcar Dental for over eight years. In that time I did everything right. I asked patients to leave a review when I remembered, put the Google link on the desk, mentioned it at the end of appointments. Eight years of that and I had 108 reviews.

I joined SuiteGrowth on the 5th of June. I now have 466 five star reviews. That's 358 reviews in 94 days. And the rating hasn't moved.

I'll be honest, I nearly didn't do it. Not because of the product. Because of the data side of it. I hold sensitive patient information and GDPR wasn't a small concern for me, it was the reason I almost walked away. The team didn't brush past it. They sat with me, explained exactly how it works, what leaves the practice, what doesn't, how consent is handled. They answered my follow up questions too. By the end I actually understood it rather than just feeling reassured. That made the difference.

So I came on as one of their earlier practices. That was three months ago.

Eight years to get to 108. Three months to nearly quadruple it. I'm now the strongest reviewed practice in my area. I wouldn't have believed that was possible this fast.

What I didn't see coming was how quickly it pays for itself. More reviews means more visibility. More visibility means new patients finding me who wouldn't have before. Those patients book, they come in. The subscription cost disappears against that. It covered itself within the first few weeks. I don't spend money on things that don't return it. This one returns it fast.

The other thing I wasn't expecting was the alerts. When a patient flags something after their appointment, I get notified. Not just a heads up, it tells me what the issue is, who the patient is, and my team can act on it before it becomes a complaint or a problem. We've caught things we genuinely would have missed. A patient with recurring sensitivity we hadn't connected across visits. Someone whose experience wasn't right and who never would have told us to our face. Things that were sitting underneath the surface.

What I really value is that it writes back to their Dentally notes. So when that patient comes in next time, whoever is treating them can see it. It's not just caught and forgotten. It becomes part of how we care for that person going forward. That side of it has made my team better at their jobs and it's made me more confident about what's happening in my practice between appointments.

My team haven't had to change anything either. No new process, no script at the front desk, no awkward ask at the end of a busy appointment. It just runs. For a practice focused on patients that matters more than people think.

Eight years to 108 reviews. Three months to 466.

If you're a practice owner sitting on the fence, especially if GDPR is the thing holding you back, just get on a call and ask the hard questions. They'll answer them.

I run three clinics under Church Lane Dental. At that scale the problems are different. You're not trying to get off the ground, you're trying to make sure everything runs properly across sites, costs are controlled and nothing falls through the gaps.

I joined SuiteGrowth on the 23rd of August. In 15 days I added 152 reviews across the group. We're running at around 300 a month. The rating is holding at 4.9 across everything we've built over the years. That pace, maintained across three sites, is something we couldn't have done manually.

At 300 reviews a month I'll pass 4,500 before the end of September. That puts Church Lane Dental ahead of Yorkshire Dental Suite in Leeds on total Google reviews. As far as I'm aware that makes us the highest rated dental group in the UK on Google. I've been building this group for years and I didn't think that was something we'd be talking about this quickly. We're not there yet but we're on track and the trajectory hasn't slowed down.

The thing that got my attention early was the responsiveness of the team. When you run multiple clinics you don't have time for issues to sit. Every time something came up in those first weeks they were there within minutes. Not a ticket, not a follow up email, someone actually there sorting it. For a group practice that matters. You need to know the people you're working with move at the same speed you do.

The SMS costs were something I hadn't fully accounted for until I saw what we were spending. Upwards of £1,100 a month through Dentally just on appointment confirmations and reminders. SuiteGrowth cut that in half immediately. The confirmations still go out, the reminders still go out, patients still get everything they need before their appointment. It just runs through WhatsApp instead and the cost dropped overnight. Across a year that's a meaningful number and it was instant, nothing changed for my patients or my team.

The in-chat booking has been another one. Patients can book directly through the conversation without being handed off somewhere else or told to call the practice. For a group our size that reduces the load on reception and it means we're capturing bookings we would have lost. Someone messaging at 9pm gets handled. That didn't happen before.

The alerts work across all three sites too. I was already an established group when I joined. The reviews are proof it's working but honestly the operational side is what I'd tell another multi-site owner to look at first. The cost saving alone covers the subscription. Everything else on top of that is what makes it worth having.
