I really don't like the way this company do business. They act like a bunch of scammers. Be very wary! I had an email the other day saying thank you for your order. Knowing I hadn't placed an order I was put on edge. On opening the email they then went on to say something like oh you've not placed an order yet...Scam all over and would never use or recommend this company.

Soy candles
Iâve had such a lovely experience with Gruum! They have beautiful soy candles and some really great bundles, which are perfect if you want to try a variety of their products. Everything feels thoughtfully put together and makes for a lovely treat or gift. I really like how their packages considering sustainability.

Some of their products are nice and I particularly liked their bedtime pulse point roll on, however, one skin oil I used left my skin with pimples on my face that were hard to remove, and the spray part of the night time spray bottle I bought broke quickly and I had to transfer it to another bottle so I could use it. A number of the products I used had a high amount of pretty cheap ingredients like sunflower oil. Also, I found the soaps smelt great at first but quickly lost their smell. Overall, if you are selective many of products are ok and some smell great. However, their email marketing is aggressive and I got fed up being bombarded by an insane number of emails which has put me off the company.

I have only ever used them from the McDonald's promo and this has secured me in never using them

Excellent, not so great delivery charges
The lotions and creams are excellent.
The one thing that's increasingly putting me off though is delivery charges are high for the size and weight of products and very slow. If you are going to charge high delivery at least send it RM 48 tracked. I can get a 1kg of coffee send to me 48 tracked for less.
