Great products, simple packaging, some really good value offers. I always turn to these product for mine and my husbands travels as they are the perfect size for 2 weeks away.

Lovely products , leave skin feeling fresh and clean. Sun cream is not greasy or sticky goes on smooth. Will buy again. Great for traveling.

gruum is a excellent Company to buy all your Male grooming products’ They have a massive range & all excellently priced & also do many deals depending on what you purchase is. I have never needed to look at other companies once i found gruum.

Started using a few products through promotions. I was hooked. I have sentive skin and allergies so was dubious but the products I have purchased so far have been fine.
One of the products I purchased ( face wash) leaked during transportation I contacted customers services just to point it out and within hours got a message apologies were sent with a promise of new full bottle to be dispatched. Very impressed with service.. Already recommended them to family and friends.. Beautiful natural products and family business.. Bravo x

Very nice and friendly staff and great customer service

Ordered during a Sky promotion, paid for delivery and an extra product. It failed to arrive. Contacted Grumm using their website chat function and email and the responses were very poor. After failing to deliver the products and receiving no delivery date confirmation, I contacted my bank for a refund. It was only after this action did they try contacting me. Even asking me to confirm my address! Which was correct they just failed. Despite me pointing out the failed under the CRA 2015 for failing to deliver services with reasonable care and skill, and the fact they have NEVER delivered goods ordered they have the audacity to challenge my bank over the refund. Shockingly poor customer care and outrageous conduct.

I’m very happy with the customer service team and how they handled my query.

I ordered a birthday bundle as a gift, which arrived wrapped packaged as a gift. It was heavily damaged and leaking everywhere. These things can happen. Photos were provided the same day. Instead of apologising and resolving it, customer service (an agent named Ana) repeatedly demanded that I dig through the sticky, ruined mess to inventory the damage for them to replace what had leaked. When I refused that suggestion twice and asked for a returns label, twice, I was told to take the actively leaking, unlabelled box to the Post Office to "return to sender" without a barcode, which is something the Post Office legally cannot accept. When I raised a formal complaint about this inappropriate advice, I told them that I would put it a bag, but needed the label for return. The exact same agent replied to the complaint too. They totally ignored my request for a return label again and forced a replacement on me instead of asking and listening to what I actually wanted. I had made that very clear from the outset. Gruum was asked multiple times for a return label. Hopefully this package will arrive undamaged but it matters not. I was not given a choice and they have completely ruined the experience, and I will never buy from grüum again. Incredibly rude, lazy, and completely lacking in basic customer service.

Amazing people, they will do everything to make the customers happy. Definitely recommended 👌

Always a pleasure dealing with the company. Really good quality and some unique products and great offers. A recent order went a bit wrong but Ana in customer services could not have been more prompt and helpful in sorting this out. I continue to be a delighted customer!

Truly excellent customer service from grüum. I ordered a heat protection spray and the spray (nozzle) didn't work. grüum replaced it for me and sent me a free gift too. This level of service really makes a brand stand out.

I regularly buy grüum shampoo and conditioner bars and love their environmental packaging. Would highly recommend grüum and its excellent customer service.
