Speedy response
I accidentally double ordered because the payment page just sat there buffering instead of going through so I reloaded and re-entered the order instead. Minutes later I saw two order emails in my inbox. So I used the chat assist option to explain what had happened and received a prompt reply and the very next day one of the duplicate orders had been refunded and confirmed by email. Apart from that, I like the products and if you time it right you can get a nice stash at a good price!

The soaps are excellent
The soaps are excellent, especially the shampoo soap. My hair gets greasy at the roots and dry at the ends, but I could leave my hair longer inbetween shampoos. My only bad point is the only soap with a mark is the face soap. I know there are square and round soaps but would be useful to differentiate between them in the shower.

This summer we used the facialâŠ
This summer we used the facial sunscreen and aftersun block. Both products leave your skin feeling great. My daughter over did the sun and so used the aftersun block, it smells amazing it helped calm down the burning and redness and left her skin feeling lovely and soft.

GrÃŒum have lots of natural goodies for your hair, skin and body. Iâve bought their soap bundles and hair shampoo/ conditioners for a while now. I would never go back to heavy chemical products again. Highly recommended. Today I ordered from them and realised there had been a glitch, as my order duplicated.
