Slow delivery and disappointing products. Ordered a starter pack , tiny bottles and ordinary razor. Would I order again, no.

We get the Seasonal Roll On set and are very happy with the products.
Quality was excellent and delivery as advertised. We will certainly be using Gruum again.

Great products. Loved everything I have tried. Great customer service and communication too. My daughter and I have purchased a number of different products and have loved them all. Also packaging is good, love the plastic free stuff in particular. Also great for travelling as the wash bag and shampoos /deodorants in cardboard were light and easy to fit in a rucksack for travelling light.

Recently discovered the deodorant. Best I've ever used, even in this extreme heat. Been using the shampoos and conditioners for years. Would never go back. Also like the skin face serum on my dry aging skin and the brightening face wash bar. The body moisture bar is good but needs really warm skin to glide on. Would definitely recommend these products and customer service is excellent.

I bought the summer face shave set apparently £32 usually , I got it for just £4.95 postage, which seemed a bargain until it turned up, the razor was plastic and cheap, and the shaving gel was no good , didn’t really foam up and the razor was scratchy and left my face sore. And my wife commented on how bad the fragrance smelt . I would nt pay £4.95 for it again let alone £32 . Stick with Harry’s .

Easy to use web pages for product reviews and ordering. Had a query which was addressed and resolved in good time - so very happy! have used several times times now and definitely would use again!

The aftershave oil lasts a very long time, and easy to take with you because of the size.

Very straightforward to order via the App or online. Customer service excellent and orders are despatched very quickly.
I initially bought body soap bars to go on holiday and haven’t used shower gel since. I have mature and sensitive skin . The body soap bars leave my skin calm, rehydrated and refreshed. I have also bought lip conditioner, cuticle oil, SPF 50 face sunscreen which sits very well under make up. I have just started using hair density serum. I have been delighted with all the products I have tried and feel they are very good value.

I ordered the summer set through Sky which apparently is worth £37.
I was shocked to see the razor was like the cheap pack of Bicc you used to be able to buy in the likes of Home Bargain. I got the set for my daughter to try. She has sensitive skin.
After using the razor and the alleged shaving gel, her leg was covered in cuts from them; the "gel" she said was like water - is that a product issue, or is it usually like water? Shaving gel should be thick to protect the skin, not watery.

I bought the foot cream which left my heels soft, but is rather sloppy in the can and the inner lid was sliding all over the place. At least it's usable.

The products are great!
I especially like the deodorant sticks and gentle face bar. Deodorant sticks are so effective and make me feel so fresh and contident.
The face bar is very gentle on my skin and cleanses without being harsh or too strong for my skin.
I like the products so much and excited to try other products in their range.
The almond oil is lovely on my skin and a few drops goes a long way.

Great products, gentle to skin, the sunscreen is light and easy to apply leave a glow to the skin. Very good product for dark skin tone.

Gruum products smell lovely and the spf sunscreen is my daily go to for cleansed skin. I found the sunscreen for my face by recommendation from a friend and i now use it daily. Other brands make my skin react - even the sensitive ones- except for gruum. I use the fragrance roller balls often too - the smell of the fall fragrance- amber and cardamon is comforting without being sickly sweet.
Highly recommend- especially the calender at Christmas time. A lovely gift of self care for the year to come.

I have received the response and the products that I ordered from Gruum, and am very grateful for their response and confirmation that I did not sign up for any subscriptions. The Facial gel, arrived today and although it's only a first application it has a lovely soft feel to it. I have not had chance to use the sun cream or the after sun but am hopeful they will be just as nice. The scents are a standard size bottle and have 3 distinct smells, so will look forward to using them

Original post: What I didn't like is that the web site is not clear with regard to subscriptions, and after reading reviews I am concerned that I may have inadvertently signed up to a subscription that I did not want. I have emailed gruum to ask the question, but had reems of absolutely useless information sent back via email that looks as if it come straight from FAQ's. Why can't gruum just answer the question and confirm my request to cancel any subscription (before it starts) if I did inadvertently sign up? Automatic subscriptions are not the way to go for a trustworthy company. If your products are as good as you say people will re-order without feeling they are being signed up to something they didn't want/need.

I initially bought some sample scents from grüum because the design caught my eye, and the scent combinations, so I was very pleased to find they are really pleasant fragrances, and last well without being too overpowering.

On the basis of that purchase I went on to buy a selection of bar soaps, because I like the simplicity and the lack of plastic packaging, and again the products are really good quality, with refreshing fragrances and, unlike some bar soaps I've bought previously, retain their quality when in use and last well, not seemingly melting away on first contact with water!

Overall I've been very impressed by my grüum purchases and I'm already looking at other items from their range on the strength of the ones I've bought to date.

Absolutely fantastic products, the bundle with the wash bag is perfect for holidays. Would definitely recommend them.

Great products. It's the only soap based shampoo that doesn't seem to adversely affect my hair. The soap deals are great value too.

Excellent fragrances and very handy size for pocket! Roll-on so easy to use.

Think I’m hooked on Gruum roll-on fragrance set. It’s easy to apply, I like the options of various fragrances and it’s so easy to take away with you when you’re travelling. Goodbye to bulky bottles of perfume.
