Absolutely terrible service made a order on the 24th of April not delivered sent numerous messages and emails with no response from them now I had to take the matter up with my bank to get my money back avoid this company at all cost

Absolute shit show. Avoid at all cost. No order delivered and no communication.

It’s not even 1 star, it’s 0 . I haven’t had any communication where I have queried my order . It’s been over 3 weeks .

Never recieved order. No reply to emails. SCAM

Have to agree with other reviewers. Ordered 28/01/2026 and still have no goods. No tracking and no replies to multiple emails sent. Funny how the only part of their business that continues to work is the part that takes your money... hmm. Don't bother; the promised savings will only lead to hardship and loss.

Ordered 26/01/26, still not received. E mailed to ask where my order is, no reply.

I not only never received my order, I never received any communication at all, despite multiple emails asking where my order was. I had to raise a dispute through my bank to get my money refunded and never heard anything at all from the company — except for an automated email asking me to review a product I never received!

I should have looked before I ordered, but the email on the site is not a professional account at all. It’s just a personal Yahoo Mail account. The web design makes it seem like a legitimate business but I’m not sure that it is.
