Unfair practices, exploitation and unprofessional inhouse staff

This company exploits translators by using free tests as a way to obtain work without paying for it. They offer a miserable rate of 0.04 USD per word, which is outrageous considering the effort and professionalism required in this industry. Moreover, these free tests do not guarantee fair play, as the reviewers responsible for evaluating them exhibit very questionable professionalism. With such practices, it is impossible to deliver quality to the end client. A company that lacks ethics in these areas will inevitably engage in other unfair practices as well. I strongly recommend avoiding working with or hiring services from this company.
