We also really appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the polyester, it's such a valid point and we love that our community cares about this as much as we do! We just wanted to let you know that whenever we do use polyester in our pieces, it's always deadstock fabric. It's one of the ways we try to make more conscious choices, even when the fabric itself isn't natural!

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how frustrating this situation must feel.
We’ve just checked our inbox and found your email in our spam folder from this morning, and it has now been replied to. We are more than willing to help you resolve this situation, there will absolutely be a solution, and we’ll support you throughout the process.
Unfortunately, customs procedures have been causing significant delays and complications that are entirely outside of our control. Because of this, we’ve had to update our return process, and the only available return option is now through our DHL contract. This allows us to better manage shipments and avoid situations like this in the future.
We’re truly sorry for this situation, and please know we are here to help you every step of the way 🤍
