I want an "hoja de reclamacion", which is my legal right as consumer in Spain. This is the response from Gudog..

A response? They do not get to decide on the merit of my case in which my dog came away from a dogsitter paralyaed. That is for Valencia comsumer rights desk to decide. Who do Gudog think they are to deny my consumer rights?

They are hiding behind a shell company and using plausible deniability ... they are saying their online presence is only as a mediator and not as a supplier and are washing their hands of the fact that my dog started his stay perfectly able ton walk and then left partially paralysed....with the dig-sitter suggesting the paralysis happened exactly at the point at which I picked him up!!!!! Who believes that??? He was there for SIX days and she is supposedly a trainee veterinary nurse!

La verdad es que la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. La chica que cuido de nuestro perro fué de lo más atenta, cariñosa. Quedamos súper satisfechos con sus cuidados y “Volkom” más!

La cuidadora Valeria fue muy amable y de seguida conectó con mi perro.

Tuvimos la Oportunidad de Contratamos el servicio de Gudog por en Abril de este Año para una estancia de 5 dias y la experiencia ha sido excelente muy Buena la atención la gestión de pagos fue rápida y confiable

Diana es muy buena cuidadora de perros,mi perro Ray estuvo agusto y contento.

La calidad de los cuidadores y la facilidad para reservar

I was a sitter on the app and my sitter account was deactivated after one false review that a nightmare dog owner left for me in spite because I wouldn't mind his dog again. The app didn't ask him for proof of what he was saying and didn't respond to my email asking to appeal the decision/discuss the situation. Seems to be no protection for the dog sitters, just the customers who pay for their dogs to be looked after.

A la segunda vez de usarlo tuve un problema con una cuidadora, lo notifique a Gudog y aqui viene lo intranquilizador y alarmante: no tiene servicio de atencion al cliente ni nadie que conteste ningun tipo de solicitud. Es decir si alguien te quita tu perro, algun problema de salud derivado del mal cuidado o similar, pasa algo de cualquier indole, se desentienden. Porque basicamente no hah nadie al volante, es una web desatendida que solo esta para cobrar por compartir anuncios. Si valorais la salud de vuestro perro no useis esta pagina

La web funciona fatal, se lían ellos solos.

Todo ha ido genial, tanto a la hora de reservar a través de la pagina y con el cuidador/a que hemos reservado. Dos veces que hemos contactado con cuidadores a sido excelente el trato y cuidado q mi perra
