Highly recommend Guest Realty for property owners. Best service I’ve ever had.

Guest Realty have been managing my short term rental in Bondi for 3 years now and I have been so impressed with the great service they provide. Nothing is ever too hard for Anna and the team and so I’m never afraid to ask. Their attention to detail and friendly approach and efficiency is second to none. Highly recommend!! Thanks guys xx

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful property in Bondi, managed by Anna and her team at Guest Realty, and I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional service. From start to finish, my experience was fabulous.

The accommodation itself was immaculate, showcasing the company's dedication to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered.

Communication with the team, namely Anna, was impressively fast and efficient. Any questions or requests I had were promptly addressed, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely lovely people to deal with, always friendly and accommodating.

Accomodation was stunning and immaculate and within close proximity to all ammenities .personal touch goes along way and Anna was very accomodation answering my requests .

Don’t trust this property management company. They took a 15 day Airbnb booking and then allowed the guest to cancel after only 6 days, giving a full refund. Obviously Guest Realty couldn’t claim back anything from Airbnb as cancellation mid-booking is never allowed and they were unable to rebook the nights, meaning i lost income. In addition this guest ran up a massive electricity bill, over $200, twice the amount of the cost of a normal month with full bookings, either that or Guest Realty left the lights & aircon on for 18 nights while they left the property vacant when they had no bookings afterwards. They haven’t responded as to why the electricity is so high for a month that only had 13 out of 31 nights occupied and they only covered 50% of the lost income due to their cancelled booking error. They didn’t vet this untrustworthy guest or check that my property was being used for normal residential purposes. I’m betting they didn’t even meet the guest and that person is now conning someone else. I’m left with hundreds of dollars of cost and lost income due to this error. Avoid this small company and use an experienced short-term letting agent.
