We arrived from Georgia for my sister's health issues, the hospital is really clean the doctors are also very attentive, it's clear that they are professionals and will not anything that is not necessary just to take the money out from your pockets.

Special thanks to our translator Diana she was amazing help for us and followed us to another places for some tests and provided us with all the necessary information.

We have used the services of Guven Hospital a several times. Most recently our son had to undergo a small surgical intervention. The surgeon Dr. Adanalı was great. The nursing staff was also very caring. The services provided by the International Desk Team are excellent. They are very helpful, supportive and professional. We would like to especially thank our translator Ms. Serena Yumurtacı, who has exceptional English language proficiency, guided us through the hospital with extreme care and kindness. We thank Guven Hospital for its quality medical services and the wonderful Ms. Serena Yumurtacı.

We are expats, residing in Ankara. We had several medical appointments at Guven Hospital over a span of four days, and we were very pleased with our experience there. What stood out the most was the services of the translators who were assigned to us by the International Patients Department. Each one was professional and yet very caring. One of them, Ms İrem Köse, was exceptional, in view of the fact that our medical needs were somewhat complicated. Ms İrem showed great attentiveness to our needs, even as she facilitated our appointments and discussions. We greatly appreciated Ms İrem's competence, professionalism, and excellence in care; and we thank Guven Hospital for its quality medical services.

My wife and I are very satisfied with excellent service provided by Guven Hospital International Desk Team, as well as their translators who are always very friendly and caring.
The entire team is very professional and committed. We have been using their service since 2017 and each time they service have been exemplar. Please keep up the good work.

High quality and inclusive care.
Güven Hospital has surprised me with the level of care and attention to detail they have. They take care of the patient starting from the ride to the hospital, to the interpreters, to the tests and imaging, to doctor‘s consultations and procedures, and until they drop you back at the airport.
I have noticed how their doctors are up to date and their medical decisions are evidence based.
Moreover, the hospital is equipped with advanced diagnostic and interventional devices.
During the stay at the hospital, they regularly monitor all necessary parameters according to the doctor‘s plan and they even assign an individualized food regimen by a dietician to fit the patient’s preferences and health conditions.
What also makes it special, is that they stay in touch with their patients and answer their questions after the treatment.

So all in all, I couldn‘t ask for a more professional and caring hospital.

GREAT HOSPITAL

I visited here during a work visit in Ankara, if I could I would grant more than 5 stars for Guven. From the most simple form of communication with them to organise appointments via what’s app, speaking with Serena Yumurtaci was such a pleasure and she managed everything for me.
To the service given once arriving at the international department, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Aydan Safizade on a couple of occasions, she was also very pleasant and very helpful, all of the translators are very very good.
The doctors I saw are all very professional and very polite.
At a time when people are feeling quite low and not themselves, Guven offer the highest quality of service.
A real pleasure. Easily one of the best hospitals I’ve visited around the world.

Miss Aydan Safizade is AMAZING! She is so kind and patient. She has been my interpreter on more than one occasion and each time she creates a calm, relaxing, and informative experience. Having to go to the doctor or hospital is not always fun and can be stressful. As soon as I see that Aydan is my patient representative, I immediately smile and know she will provide excellent help. She is a gift to the patients of Güven Hospital and I am sure everyone she interacts with.

I visited Emergency two days prior to being diagnosed with Pneumonia. I was attended yo thoroughly and promptly but was sent away with panadol and told to “relax”! The cough I had was causing me much difficulty as was my breathing but the Doctor pronounced me ok. Because I had no temperature, and blood work was ok. However, visibly i wasn’t!

Two days later 10/04/25,
i was diagnosed with Pneumonia! Same symptoms, same blood work. I’m surprised you don’t check the infection markers in the blood.

The Pulmonary Dr acted immediately and prescribed antibiotics and inhaler and I have had constant follow up appointments with her.

Your International staff were, as always, extremely helpful and supportive and promptly provided answers to all our questions.

I recently had my annual check-up at Güven Hospital and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The reception process was smooth and professional, and I felt well taken care of at every step.

A special thanks goes to the translator, Mrs. Aydan, who guided me through the hospital with great patience and care. She was incredibly helpful — whether it was explaining what needed to be done, how to prepare for each test or communication with great dr. Bekir. Her support made the whole process much easier and more comfortable.

This was a very positive experience that I will definitely repeat in the future.

I’m also very grateful to Elif for her constant assistance and support throughout the process, she was incredibly helpful and kind. The consultation was turned rapidly into surgery in the same day without complication. The welcome was warm, translaters was kind and very helpful, the doctor was so professional, radios was done in a minimum time and finally the operation was a great success. I appreciate a lot the job at Güven.
