Great Hospital

I had a great experience with LIV hospital. It was last minute decision to fly from the USA and get the treatment, I am so greateful they arranged everything just in 2 days, all my labs, hospitalization and my surgery. It was the best decision!

The extraordinary experience when it comes to health care with Liv Hospital

I was referred to Liv by my best friend who tried other major hospitals before she end up in Liv Hospital. She told me it was the best experience ever. I suffer from Lupus,gastritis, fibromyalgia.I was miserable. So I contacted Liv to discuss a visit with Gold package. Next day Zeynep contacted me. For two weeks she explained every single services in very great details. She made sure I feel completely comfortable and she built great trust in me. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Her customer relations skills were extraordinary. When I finally arrived by private transportation, for 3 days I got complete check up on everything. I didn't have to wait in lines. I was assigned private assistant (Sare) who made sure I was seen by every single doctor in all specialties and all my tests are done. All the doctors I visited was above and beyond. From the moment I arrived I was assigned an amazing doctor (Dr.Ferit) who reviewed all my tests and discuss with me in great details. Nothing was left untouched. I was given treatment plan which I started already and feeling great. I will not go any other hospital other than Liv. I decided to visit Liv every year from now on. If you are looking for the best of best, Liv is the answer. In 3 days, I got all the much needed check up which in reality takes 6 months if you are lucky. Thank you all the doctors, Zeynep and Sare. See you next year.

Currently I’m on the check up here. January 16,2025.
Chaotic processes, I had to request several times the results of my diagnostic.
If you come here, the translators will be provided to you, since the doctors do not speak English. I assume the quality of consultations depends greatly on the quality of language’ speaking of translator.
You should not be relaxed , it’s better to control the staff

I had a great experience at LIV…

I had a great experience at LIV HOSPITAL ULUS
I benefited from a stem cell treatment, under exceptional conditions. The medical team, the organization and planning of the procedures, the assistance and translation service were of the highest standard, for which I thank them all. The comfort, cleanliness and catering service were also impeccable.
I recommend Liv Ulus Hospital with all confidence.

AVOID THIS PLACE


Tricked a disabled.

On the 22nd May 2024, my father was meant to have an operation at Liv hospital Vadistanbul.

He flew specifically from the UK to have this operation.

10 minutes before his operation, they wanted to make him sign a document that stated should there be a medical incident or if anything goes wrong, then Liv Hospital will not be responsible or liable.

My father refused to sign this document.

For the operation, 20,280.00 Euros was paid.
The workers promised to refund this amount.

Today is 13th July 2024 and they still have not refunded the money.

Alijan Ruslanow sent us a message on the 26th June 2024 that they will refund my father.

I highly avoid anyone to contact or deal with Prof Dr Cem Ariturk, Daniel Muca and Dr. Nadejda Dovha.

Being from the UK, this service here is unacceptable and an experience I thought would never happen here.

Avoid this place at all costs!

Много благодаря на целият екип от отделението по онко - хематология на болница Лив Истанбул в Улус. Професионалното и лично човешко отношение на проф. Хилми са достойни за безкрайно уважение! Усмихнат, приветлив, благ и напътстващ професионалист, готов да съдейства по всяко време с всичко, което е възможно! Прекланям се пред професионализма му!
Безкрайно съм благодарна и на координатора-преводач Недред. Организацията, която създаде беше безупречна, въпреки възникналите пречки. Усмихната, мила, добра, съпричастна-обичам я!

Nedret - Team Lead Bulgaria

За пръв път посетих LIV Hospital Ulus през месец април 2022 г. Първият човек, който ме посрещна в болницата е Недрет - ръководител на българския екип в LIV Hospital Ulus. Истинско удоволствие е да се работи с Недрет и я препоръчвам горещо на всички български пациенти. Чувствам се сигурна с нея. Тя е изключителен професионалист. Изключително добре организира предстоящите ми прегледи, трансферите от и до болницата и всичко необходимо около престоя ми в Истанбул. Помага ми в комуникацията със специалистите на турски език. Беше до мен в най-трудните моменти на заболяванията ми в чисто психологически план и подкрепа като грижовна майка. Дори беше на разположение по време на пътуванията ми до Турция през нощта. Благодаря ти много, Недрет! ❤️🙏

С голяма благодарност

С голяма благодарност, искам да изразя моето неизмеримо признание към Liv Hospital за техния изключителен принос към моето излекуване. С признателност искам да споделя, че благодарение на техния ангажимент и компетентност, бях успешно излекуван от онкологично заболяване.
Недрет (лидер на българският екип) и екипът Ѝ от преводачи-асистенти са били моят надежден компас през целия процес на лечение. Техните непрекъснати усилия и отдаденост не само направиха комуникацията с медицинския екип лесна и разбираема, но и ми осигуриха необходимата подкрепа и увереност.
Също така, искам да изразя моята безкрайна благодарност към Prof. Dr. M. Hilmi Doǧu за неговия професионализъм, иновативно ръководство и грижа към моето здраве. Неговата компетентност в областта на хематологията беше от решаващо значение за успешното ми възстановяване.
Благодарение на усилията на тези невероятни професионалисти и целия екип на Liv Hospital, днес мога да гледам бъдещето с оптимизъм и надежда. Тяхната грижа и ангажимент превърнаха този труден път в пътуване към изцеление и ново начало. Безкрайно съм им благодарен за техния неоценим принос към моето здраве.

Profit over patient care

Misleading Appointment: I specifically booked an appointment with a pediatric ENT specialist, yet I was seen by a general pediatrician instead. This wasted valuable time and caused unnecessary stress.

Duplicative Consultations: The general pediatrician simply confirmed the need for an ENT specialist and offered no solutions. For this basic consultation, I was charged a staggering £130! This feels like a blatant attempt to double-bill, as I was then expected to pay a similar amount for the actual ENT consultation.

Lack of Transparency: My request for a cost estimate for the necessary adenoid operation was met with a vague £3500 figure. Considering it's a supposedly routine 15-minute procedure, this price seems highly inflated and lacks transparency.

This experience reeked of prioritizing profit over patient care. The hospital's misleading appointments, unnecessary consultations, and opaque pricing structure raise serious concerns. If you're looking for a reputable and transparent pediatric ENT department, look elsewhere!

Prestigious institution

I had different family members havkgnng outpatient procedures here. The process is smooth and the facility is so clean and optimized. Even for our family children they have all the pediatrik department in one clinic department for smother handling and no need to go back and forth. Special thanks for the insurances team since we came from an international insurance and the support that team gives is wonderful.
