I’ve got the Sole F89 and it needed a repair. A gay called Dan came and assessed exactly what the problem was and arranged for a new part to be ordered. This took about a month - but he advised me at the time it would be about this amount of time and I could still use it so no problem.

The same guy returned with the part and set about installing it. These machines are very heavy and the part was underneath so not easily accessed, but Dan worked quickly and efficiently and got the machine working as it should.

He was really brilliant and not only did he make sure that the new part was working properly but he also took the time to position the machine exactly where I wanted it before he left.

Really pleased with the service I’ve received and thanks again to Dan - 10 out of 10!

I have never made a negative review before, but the service I’ve received from this company has left me with little choice.
I paid £155 (Invoice INV-2093) for a repair and service visit on two Bowflex treadmills, and I clearly described the fault in advance, which is documented on the invoice.

An engineer attended but did not repair the faulty treadmill. Instead, the fault was simply repeated back to me along with a possible guess at the cause and required parts. I was then informed that the company cannot source Bowflex parts, despite the make and model being known from the outset. Had this been made clear beforehand, I would not have proceeded with the booking.

The second treadmill service was also initially left incomplete because the engineer assumed there was no power available, even though there was a working socket directly opposite the machine. A return visit was required to complete what should have been done on day one.

I have made multiple attempts over several weeks to reach a fair resolution and have received no response.

Overall, I am £155 out of pocket and no further forward with the faulty treadmill. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to consider alternative providers.

Great / Efficient communication.
Date to fix my issue was arranged quickly and the technician was polite and diagnosed the issue.
After ordering the part I arranged for another visit and all was fixed promptly and professionally.

Technician came, diagnosed issue and advised of part required. I ordered part and tech came back and fitted. No change, the problem was not resolved. From this point Gymtech went silent and did not respond to any phone calls or emails. So nearly £300 down had to scrap cross trainer and purchase another one. I was trying to be conscious of just throwing stuff away. Could have saved myself £300 if just bought a new one strait away. Was not a cheap item either.

I own a Tunturi R710 which I bought over 20 years ago. My rowing cable required replacing, which I bought online. Gymtech engineer came promptly to fit the new cable, very efficiently. Great comms from Samantha. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Have used Gym Tech for a number of years and always had a great experience. Definitely recommend. Today they fixed our treadmill. Clear communication and completed the job no problem.

Shocking

Forked out nearly £300 to have JCT 500 indoor bike serviced which went for a year. Failed on every level of service - timing , reposes, work done - everything!

I have ended up breaking up the bike, skipping and rejoining a Gym.

I received a great service from Gym Tech! They turned up exactly when they said they would and installed my new treadmill quickly and professionally, would highly recommend!

These guys are the best - so professional, speedy, helpful and caring. They've helped us across 2 full rig/rack installations with zero issues, constant help and always asking for my opinions.

I requested an engineer to look at a fault on my treadmill. Communication from Samantha was quick and efficient. Within a few days of my online request, a pleasant engineer attended and diagnosed the problem. I highly recommend this company.

I had an incredibly difficult job of relocating a very heavy (over 250kg) crosstrainer that needs to be carried up lots of steps (and I mean LOTS) towards a house located on the side of a hill. Steve, Dan and Morgan is an amazing small team (also very friendly) who carried out the job flawlessly! I watched them from start to finish and I was very impressed at each phase, from dismantling and reassembling to intelligently planning and their careful execution on how to get it up those steps (they also even had expertise to ensure that the machine's software works correctly before leaving). On top of all that, not a single scratch on anything! (which I was prepared to accept as it is such an incredibly heavy equipment). Overall, I'm very happy with the service, I highly recommend 🙂

Andy and the team were so accommodating and helpful. They supported me sourcing a part for my machine (Pro Form cardio HIIT elliptical trainer from USA) and replaced this at a very reasonable price. The communication was professional throughout the process. The engineer who visited me worked efficiently, with care, and was polite and professional. I would recommend Gym Tech to anyone who has a personal machine or is a gym owner. Just fantastic service. Thank you all!

Extremely good experience. Arrived on time, built and assembled 5 new pieces of cardio equipment without taking a break, all whilst being surrounded by the old kit, which hadn't been removed in time. The service was impeccable and the lads themselves were a credit to the business. Would highly recommend and will absolutely utilise their services for all our install/removal and service requirements in the future.
