I have not been able to use your gymproluxesstore, as unfortunately I have been in hospital after having a heart attack and am still in hospital waiting for bypass surgery.
But I hope that when I get home I can use them to aid my recovery.

Failing “customer service”
Have been waiting on a band that snapped during my first use, following one of their instructed led videos. (Seems to be a common issue when doing the research). Unfortunately company puts 100% blame on customer and not that the product could be faulty.
I waited 10 working days before chasing, to which they had sent the product to the wrong address.
Now having to wait until April for new stock to hopefully arrive before they attempt to send another one out.
No compassion or empathy from the company. Just avoid them as customer service is just no existent

Yet again the bands on this type of…
Yet again the bands on this type of iterms ,Are not fit for purpose ,And have now snapped again ,Doing light work outs .This is a bit of a cop out yet again .i dont need to talk to anyone ' As my workouts are fine.The bands are not strong enough, And if theres a life time on these iterms ,Now all 3 of the have snapped ' please replace them ,i am not the first ' To highlight snapped bands.

I got everything i ordered
I got everything i ordered, they was one piece missing out of the one package, but the lovely customer service Hanna help me out and sent the missing piece to complete the order.
I yet haven’t try it out just yet. Lucky my wife like it. This is something we can do together or take turn.
Am next going to look into the app.

The device seems well-built and is reasonably priced. It was shipped quickly and the app gives good tips on how to use it.

Great product, very sturdy and easy to use straight from the box. The app shows you videos to help with the different exercises, and you can subscribe to a yearly community bulletin board with extra features ( obviously at a extra charge). I wish I'd bought this along time again,as I can use it while watching tv programmes,& do a full workout ,without spending hours in the gym

AVOID - Buy adjustable dumbbells
AVOID! Better off investing in a set of Adjustable Dumbbells.
Had high hopes when the product arrived, but really disappointing when you get into it.
One of the tubes broke within 30 days which they will not replace without me paying the postage as they are considered consumables. As far as I’m concerned within 30 days is faulty.
Website suggests refunds available if not happy within 30 days, this is not the case unless you don’t use it!
The limitations of the system are significant. Can’t execute correct form, resistance in the wrong place during the exercises and the tubes are prone to getting stuck so can’t swap between them exercises.
Poor customer service, overall really disappointing.

Amazing customer service!!!
I just ordered a few days ago. I inadvertently ordered some accessories twice. I emailed customer service late at night, and to my surprise, I received a confirmation email for a refund the very next morning. Great company, and I'm sure the product is just as great as the customer service!

Good home workout kit
Product is of good quality, better than expected for the price, especially if on offer. I purchased the new year package and is an excellent deal.
Can feel a little uncertain when first starting given the range of exercises available but the app helps. Albeit most of the workouts other than the basic are behind a subscription paywall. However there is enough to develop a program.
The equipment is very versatile. In the main it is comfortable. Has helped me get back into doing some working out as I’ve been mainly cardio focused.
Bit frustrated at the “free mystery gift” which had not come yet.
In summary, I’m happy with my purchase, it’s working more areas of my body that I wanted than I could do at home before and I would recommend to others.

Can’t fault customer service had problem with band replied very quickly via email dispatched new band asap and kept communication lines open whole time I’m very encouraged with this as living the workouts it’s giving me so full thumbs up 👍

PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY
Edit 10/03/26. Letter before action sent to GPL ahead of small claims court action. I have managed, through companies house & done LinkedIn searching, to open a dialogue with one of the main shareholders who has committed to resolving this. They have asked for 96 hours as Ben Gulliver, the founder is away at the moment. I have agreed to give them this time to find a solution. I have requested a full refund, an apology from the coach who insulted me online and also for a change to their unfair anti-Consumer terms & conditions. Let's see.
Edit: No thanks, I won't be reaching out to you. I already tried, and you tried to insist I pay postage which I will not do for a product that fails after 6 weeks. You can try to justify things by saying that the part was a consumable, but 6 weeks, come on. I don't believe what you are doing is legal, and I know for sure it's not ethical. I have counted nearly 20 reviews in the last few weeks where people have been in the same boat as me with a snapping band and no help from you without paying up for postage. And your "coach" had the nerve to blame my technique - are all the other 17 going to be in the poor technique remedial group with me too? I hadn't noticed him watching us.
I have started the process of taking this one through the small claims process in the UK. I think operators like this need to be taken out of reach of honest consumers like me and many others who have been failed by some very sharp practice.

I bought one of these in January '26. I have had my GPL for about 6 weeks now and one of my bands has just snapped mid-workout. I have been in touch with support for a replacement - I bet they try to charge postage. The test of a great business is the way they treat issues like this. I have posted this on their community page - let's see if my post is approved and let's see how they deal with this failure of their product.
Oh, and by the way, I have been trying to order our of stock accessories since early Feb (now March) - now apparently, the delay is due to the war having, been promised stock by 18th Feb. The war started a few days ago.
The whole experience is pretty poor. This has the potential to be a really good product, but poor app experience (initially), poor supply chain and customer expectation management and now a failure of the hardware 6 weeks in - not exactly Pro or Luxe.
