I purchased this distiller for the company's claim of ongoing support. I'm using it for the first time today. It's well made though from Taiwan.

2nd one I’ve ordered in the last couple of years. Gave the first one to a friend and was using another, more cumbersome distiller, and missed the simple tabletop option. So, I picked up another for daily drinking water without the hassle my other distiller comes with. Will be purchasing again when the need arises.

I appreciate the ability to buy a replacement pad. It was easy enough to find the one for my distiller.

I make Colloidal Silver with my distilled water. It's cloudy every time I use the water from this distiller which tells me the water is not clean. First I was told it was probably particles from the charcoal filter and I should brew about 5 gallons before I should expect that to resolve. I've brewed about 10 gallons now and I'm having the same problem. I didn't really have $200 to waste. Really disappointed.

Easy to use, affordable filters, and uses 'coffee maker' size space on the counter top. I loved my 1st one, wore it out, so bought a second one.

You have the nerve to charge me 20.00 shipping on a part that costs 30.00. You are ridiculous and your customer service is disappointing. Shame on you.

Update 3: H2o Labs followed through, so this final update is from 3-stars to 4-stars. I've boiled this water for tea & coffee over a dozen times now, and have not seen even a little residue left in the pan. None. And that coffee & tea is tasting great! Update 2: Finally received the 300SS (4 days late), and I love it. It's working flawlessly and producing great water. So I'm changing my 2-star review to a 3-star. If H2o Labs follows through with a refund of the shipping charge as promised, I'll do another update. I'm not holding my breath. Update 1: H2o Labs did reach out to me in an effort to resolve this issue, so I have changed what was a 1-star review to a 2-star. Still looking forward to actually reviewing the 300SS. Original review: I have not yet received the product I ordered. The original arrival date was 2 days ago, and now just shows as "pending". The FAQ for H2o Labs says that they typically ship UPS, but they chose FedEx for this order. I'm hoping that such poor decision making does not spill over into their product development. Pathetic! I'm having to wait around to provide a signature for days now.

This is our second H2O Labs distiller. The first one is several years old and still working fine, we just purchased a second one, as we gave the first one away to our daughter who wanted to take it with when she moved out. The new one has purified about 10 gallons of water so far and is working well. We are happy with the quality of the distillers.

I love my new stainless water distiller the new carafe design is great! This our 3rd one. We gave our other one to a family member.

I have been using products from this company for a few years. Everything works well and lasts. Shipping is always fast and my orders are accurate.

This is a great machine! It's easy to use and maintain. Depending on your water source, clean after every use. I can go twice before a cleaning. I use a small toothbrush to clean the heating element and rinse out the water receptacle. I use mine everyday so I don't worry about cleaning the water tank or receiving jug. Make sure to read the instructions carefully before the first use. Happy distilling!!!

Delivery was on time. Water tastes and feels so good.

Nothing happened. The distiller works as it should. The part that is most difficult to manage is the removal of the fan. It would be easier if there was a lip, or something to hold while lifting it off the reservoir container. I would sure hate to drop it. I do wear rubber gloves to give me some grip.

I ordered 2 things. I got an email telling me my items had shipped and a copy of the invoice with 2 things on it. So I was expecting both items in my shipment. Only one item was. I contacted you asking about it and got a pretty fast reply telling me the 2nd item shipped separately and here is the tracking number. I would've rather gotten a second email telling me of the second shipment before I got the first package. It was quite confusing
