I would not recommend ordering from this company. My order was lost in shipping so I emailed their customer service when I noticed the tracking wasn't moving. I didn't receive an answer after a few days so I sent another email. Still no answer so I sent a 3rd email and I finally heard from customer service, they told me it looks like the package was lost, they don't do refunds on international orders(I'm in Canada) but if I reach out to their General Manager, he could get my package reshipped and provided his email. I thought that was odd, why wouldn't customer service be equipped to handle this? But I emailed the General Manager and told him the situation and that I would like my order reshipped. No response from him either! So here I am, warning others, do but order from this company, their products might be great, I will not support a company that does this to its customers. Do not order from them, especially if you are international. If something goes wrong, which it does at times, they will not help you.

TL;DR order got lost, customer service was no help, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU ARE INTERNATIONAL

I received this supplement and the powder inside was heavily caked and clumped together, whic immediately raised concerns about its quality and storage conditions. After doing some research, I found that while some clumping can happen naturally, excessive caking may indicate moisture exposure or poor quality control, both of which can be potential safety issues for a consumable product… I reached out to the seller with my concerns, but they simply insisted the product was fine and refused to offer a replacement or refund. I wasn’t looking for anything unreasonabl just a product that appeared safe and met basic quality standards… Based on both the condition of the item and the lack of customer support, I can’t recommend purchasing from this seller… didn’t even get to use the product it’s just sitting here because of my concern about quality.
