Thorough and timely

I have been a client of H3 Health and in particular Dr Jeff Foster for some years now. Throughout that time I have had excellent service and a very personalised approach to my issues. I would thoroughly recommend H3 Health to anyone looking for a top class male health provider.

Jeff has such a great style about him, lighthearted but very informative.

Dr Foster listened to my thoughts about my future care and gave clear reasons for his advice. He also explained the pro's and cons to the options . He also explained a clear strategy for monitoring the changes to my care

Dr. Rashid clearly explained my treatment options in a professional and easy-to-understand manner. His expertise made me feel confident and comfortable with my treatment decisions.

Dr Foster is extremely professional and clearly massively knowledgeable and experienced in his specialist area. He listens carefully to what his patient is saying and so far I have been very satisfied with his analysis of the problem and with the solutions offered.

Dr Vass of H3 has, once again, demonstrated the value of the service. During our consultation he listened to my update of recent medical events, evaluated options with clear pros and cons and gave a recommended course of action explaining the rationale.

His follow up letter to my GP was a precise summary of every aspect of the discussion.

Edited to add that Michelle has also been very responsive to help resolve any appointment issues I've had, either due to being stuck in another country or unrelated medical event. The admin and medical team are both excellent.

Jeff has a very relaxed manner, so discussing personal medical matters, is very easy.

felt really rushed and a ,ack of attention to detail . no transparency on pricing and it felt like they just wanted me to make more payments at every stage . Whilst I got the diagnosis I was very disappointed in the service.

Missed an appointment due to a family emergency, having paid a significant amount for all the processes leading up to the consultation, a further £175 is then required. I emailed to explain my situation, but they insisted on me paying another £175, even though the results had flagged that I needed to speak further to a consultant.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with H3. After 2 years of being messed around by the NHS I’d given up. Dr Foster spotted the problem in 2 minutes and I was having a blood test within 30 minutes of having my appointment, the first step to my treatment. Very positive and clear explanations and everything he said was 100% true. Even the phone staff Michelle and Katie were exceptional going above and beyond with a very friendly attitude. A huge difference from the staff at my local GP. I’d recommend them to everyone and indeed already have

I had previously been seeing saw Dr Oury for the last couple of years for my treatment until he recently left H3 Health.So I was a bit apphrensive about changing over to a new doctor.I needn't have worried,Dr Vass made the transition seamless and I was really impressed in his knowledge on my medical history.He even put me on a new treatment plan he said would be more beneficial for me.I look forward to my future appointments with him.Thank you.

I have been a patient for almost 4 years now, I like the personal, taylored service which is non subscription based whilst still being affordable. I like the face to face consultations I attend at Nuffield Health, this has added benefits as there are additional health care services on site should they be necessary.

Great service from everyone involved, from the admin ladies to the Dr, no fuss they just deliver what they say.

I have been seen by Dr Oury for c 18 months now. I have been delighted by the ease of arranging appointments, the fact that I could have consultations online and the way the consultations have been conducted. Dr Oury is always available on time for every appointment and the appointments were never rushed. He talked through everything in a professional, thorough but easy to understand way and the treatment has made a vast improvement to my overall health and quality of life.
