Sam has managed my physio sessions following a total knee replacement, under his guidance and attention I have now been discharged in respect of my right knee,
I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective client.

Sam Williams is great, helpful and informative. All staff I have spoken to in the practice or on the phone have been so friendly and helpful. Sam has really helped me after being involved in a car accident and experiencing pain.
Highly recommend!!!

Amara is a Terrific physio . Perfect range of stretches and exercises given , along with the deep tissue massages my condition improved greatly

The aim of the physiotherapy was to strengthen my arms and shoulders.

Jordan overcame my innate dislike of routine boring exercise especially disliked when it hurt in the early days. However it was in a good cause and he listened to me and my grumbles and explained the point of each exercise He has an easygoing manner but quiet determination in pursuit of progress. Exercises were intensified as I became stronger and added for my neck and thighs as required. He checked out each session that I was doing the exercises correctly. I met his student Bethany. She had a gentle manner and his manner with her was similarly encouraging.

I have ongoing exercises, mostly harder. I may have over promised as to the regularity of these but we`ll see! My arms are stronger, everyday tasks which require strength are easier and this means I can remain independent and pick myself up from the floor without straining my arms should I fall again. I only wish my legs could be similarly improved.

Over all it was a surprisingly pleasurable experience. Thank you.

Both Nial and Holly really helped me with helping get the right treatment for my shoulder/neck. The exercises have helped and so has the hot water bottle. I also managed to find the correct pillows once I had explained them to the both of them. Thank you for all your help and if I ever want another session, I will be in contact

My physio sessions with Max were very good within the few months of around 6-7 therapies. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and engaging and is generous in sharing information to better my understanding of future up-keeping. I am very happy with the experiences and the results. Thank you, Max!

Jordan worked wonders on my legs. I was struggling with poor balance and loss of power and, over a period of 6 months, he prescribed exercises which gave me improvement I hadn't thought was possible. So grateful for his help which has restored my function and confidence. Would highly recommend

Niall at Biz Space in Whiteley was excellent. He took time to fully understand the specific activities my daughter needed rehabilitation for and tailored the treatment. Niall is really personable and professional, I would definitely recommend him!

I went to see Benson Tai for treatment of foot and calf pain brought on by some jogging. Over three treatments Benson gave me a range of exercises, stretches and massage and the problem is now well under control. In particular I have a good idea of how to manage the issue going forward.
