Haar Sauna  レビュー

A totally fabulous visit to the Haar Sauna with super friendly and helpful Cherie who made our visit so much fun! We will be back - but unfortunately not until next year!

The scenery, the lovely attendants, what an incredible experience, recommend to everyone!

Wow what a treat!! Absolutely loved my first visit to Haar Sauna on the beautiful St.Ninians Isle beach, such a stunning location! Enjoying the heat of the sauna to then going in for a chilly dip in the North Sea is so invigorating! Highly recommend!! I’ll defo be back!!

Fabulous setting- the dry hot 100 degree sauna contrasted with the chittering 11degree sea water at St Ninians. Fab staff on hand, lovely essential oils for the water/steam, and tight lidded plastic boxes outside for personal belongings to keep dry. 100% recommend

Love the haar sauna! Perfect way to start off a weekend and get some much needed relaxation. The bakery near by is a bonus too!

Went for my first haar sauna experience & will definitely be back. First off I could only compare it with going to the sauna at the pool but this is a complete different experience . The sea swim awakens you & really opens up you breathing. Its a quick stroll up to the two saunas where they recommend 15-20min bursts in the sauna between sea swims.at first the body stings & tingles but it gets easier throughout. haar sauna we’re celebrating there 1st birthday so the owners came with a hand full of sea salt & oils body scrubs for everyone when they came out before you jump in the sea.all in all a great experience & what great sleep I had that night with no awakening in the night like I usually do.thanks haar team

We had a really great time at the Aufguss sauna session. We will definitely be back 🩷

Love the sauna at St Ninian’s - a magical experience enjoying the cosy warmth and the contrast with the bracing cold of the Shetland sea. Highly recommended for groups and there are also community sessions where you can book a single slot.

This was my first experience of a beach sauna. I’ve always loved outdoor swimming, so it was amazing for me to be able to go for a quick dip knowing there was a sauna waiting for me. The spectacular scenery also made it feel like a dream. I went at 5pm and the evening sunlight was just stunning.
I wish there was one of these closer to where I live! I’d definitely do this again.

Lovely place with amazing atmosphere! Loved it ❤️

Had a wonderful visit to the Haar Sauna at St Ninian’s beach in Shetland. Idyllic setting and great sauna experience.

A simply beautiful experience in both sunshine and rain! Going from relaxing in the sauna to taking a dip in the brisk sea is absolutely invigorating. This is a unique experience here in Shetland which is a must for both tourists and locals - what better way to spend a day than on such a gorgeous location giving your body a bit of pampering? Staff here are also really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a visit!

Last evening was a wonderful full on Scandinavian style natural Sauna, which was fantastic and very well managed. Thanks will be back !!

Amazing experience!
Definitely will be back👌

I absolutely love going to the sauna. Last night was my first experience at a aufguss ritual. It was a lovely experience very calming and such a beautiful view on st Ninians. I will be going back for another aufguss in the future. Lovely staff lovely set up just brilliant 😊

I absolutely recommend this experience! The sauna is beautifully warm and relaxing. I did it with yoga and a sea swim.

Excellent member of staff very helpful and attentive. Great experience I would like to repeat it.

Lovely afternoon to spend with friends. Something different.

Love, love, love Haar Sauna. I’ve been a few times now and it never disappoints - whether the weather is beautiful and the sea is calm, or whether it’s cold and autumnal, the experience is always amazing!
The supervisors always give you a warm welcome, with helpful tips.

Love Haar sauna, have been a few times for private sessions and yoga/sauna sessions. Tonight we went for an aufguss ritual which was such an amazing experience! Love the variety of different sessions put on as well as the option for private sessions, such a great location for it too 🌟
