Habbo scammed me. Their support is a complete joke. They literally just copy and paste replies without reading your issue. Every time I reached out I got the same generic answer and nothing was fixed. I lost money and they don’t care at all. Completely trash.

Service client déplorable et le jeu s’étonne une perte de connectés.
Une semaine que j’attends une réponse pour récupérer mon compte, et toujours dans l’attente d’une réponse.
« Claire » l’interlocuteur répond comme si nous étions débile.. enfin bref à éviter.

Rien n’est fait pour gérer les personnes dangereuses du jeu. La plupart des joueurs sont des criminels ( demande de nudes, harcèlement sur les femmes dans l’appartement rencontre, excel de photos des femmes sur le jeu partagé dans des groupes discord, des discord Casino ) Il ne s’agit pas d’un bannissement par IP : ils peuvent recréer des comptes autant qu’ils le veulent. Les ambassadeurs ne sont pas des personnes professionnelles. Il n’y a que deux modérateurs qui restent discrets et ne font rien. Il vous suffit de rester 1h dans l’appartement rencontre avec un avatar de femmes avec l’abonnement hc le soir pour avoir énormément de preuves. Comment est-il possible de laisser un jeu en ligne dans ces conditions ?

In ein Spiel wo man alles nur mit Echtgeld kaufen kann hat man gar keine Sicherheit falls man gehackt wird.Der Support ist auch absolut nutzlos und hilft überhaupt nicht dazu braucht er noch mindestens 1-2 Wochen um überhaupt mal zu Antworten und dann meistens auch nur eine copy paste Nachricht, keine Ahnung wie man so eine nutzlose Person überhaupt im Support hat. Haltet euch auf jeden Fall fern von diesen Spiel

Reine Schikane die dort beim Support betrieben wird. Ich konnte alles eindeutig nachweisen, sogar Käufe. Mit gebrochenem Deutsch wird man dort 1x pro Tag mit einer unfreundlichen Antwort einfach nur hingehalten. Ist der Account einmal weg, gibts keinen Weg mehr dranzukommen.

Je,me fait tout le temps harceler par une joueuse, c'est horrible je peux même jouer tranquillement et de plus il y'a aucune possibilité de bloquer les autres joueurs et les faire signaler pour qu'ils soient banni du jeux... je vous conseille de fuir c'est horrible.

The worst terms and conditions and the worst service team I have ever come across. I have been playing this game since 2010 and been a loyal player invested a lot of time and money on my account and I get banned for one transaction my bank thought it was wrong (coz the transaction happned late) and did a charge back after requesting an unban for the account and even saying that I will pay any unpaid credit they still just permanently ban you and ask you to make a new account. This policy is just ridiculous and this is how you treat your long term players I don't think I want to play this anymore and anyone else aswell.

Favouritism at its finest, this game has the most corrupt unfair and bias bunch of people running it. They hired a few scripters who were players of the game who have now created a full circle of best friends at the top (we’re talking users such as wowin/therealwowin who runs the habbo origins twitter, abuses his powers (enters peoples locked hidden rooms just because he can) and get tasks like pick the habbos who should become Hobbas (ingame moderators who hold powers normal players do not, though voluntary it’s highly sorted after) wowin who is dating a player off the game (stl/smalltinylady) picked none other than… his and stls friendship group. Bab a well known habbo.com bully as well as a habbo nft moderator (habbo nft is another habbo platform) who is one of the leads of the only group in habbo to be paid for their volunteer work (as was small tiny lady), bab has been given gold hobba status by her best mate wowin, then we have Jsn, jsn also apart of wowins and babs friendship group was a nft moderator like bab, but used this information he received prior to public release to benefit himself financially, aparently, though he impacted financially multiple players he was the best choice for a hobba! Then we have none other than jecca, good friend of bab, wowin, Jsn and smalltinylady! Jecca is the only habbo in the games 20+ year history to have the opportunity to create an ingame furni (multiple habbos have over the years) just what makes Jecca special was his contribution he received a % of sales, no habbo before or since has…. Why? Because these group of people all are doms friend. For those who don’t know dom is macklebee, a rude nasty man who speaks to customers like they’re nothing and joins in for the lols when his friendship group, the habbo elite mentioned above who win a majority of completions, randomly selected twitter prizes and so on, bully normal paying customers aka normal habbos. Habbo is a pool of bullies, sexually inappropriate and nasty individuals top to bottom. Do not sign up I promise you that you will regret it!

i cant remember the security answers my mom and i asked for help they don't help tell me and my mom same answer they cant even reset it or disable it once i never had the problem till today i i am getting sick trying to remember the answers and they don't care this not funny its very upsetting to me and my mom when u are a kid u forget stuff and u don't remember and my mom they wont help her either with the questions we both are not getting any where with Habbo very upsetting AND IM NOT CREATING A NEW ACCOUNT I WANT MY ACCOUNT I HAD

Horrible Game DO NOT PLAY. Everything behind a paywall Filled with Bots, & they mute and ban people randomly without reason, Just because someone reported. I am a veteran and wealthy player on this game, & its nothing but betrayal & fake friends. Pointless and a waste of time and energy, Shut this game down and bury it where it belongs.

I am dusted with the level of greed and immature adults who play this version of the game.

Gambling is the capital of this game and so many are trying to use this platform for their specific use and has made the game unbearable with a lot of Scamming innocent users (not happened to me this far.) stalking and harassing of streamers with a lot of aggressive remarks. So much hate speech if you're against Trader Clubs Values and they only care about their very essence. They DO NOT care about the community and who I am talking about is both Trader Club and Habbo Hotel Origins Staff (Sulake). There is a good reason why the game is dying again and it's because the staff isn't thinking of it's community, their core values and they don't even bat an eyelid if users start to multi log into the game to vote for what should be a safe space which now no longer provides.

Played as a kid was really good but furni and having a really good time with the hobba’s when it was the original Habbohotel scene and wasn’t shorted to habbo.com and making uk and USA merge into one another but sulake did a good job

Was für eine sh* Platform und Support.
Ich logge mich einfach mal nach Jahren ein, um zu checken was sich auf Habbo verändert hat und was ich alles so an Items usw besitze. Und was sehe ich? Mein Account wurde handelsgesperrt. Einfach so. Als ich das letzte mal on war (das war 2021), ging alles problemlos, und das seit vielen Jahren. Hatte keine Warnung bekommen, kein Grund. Nichts. Habe auch nichts falsch gemacht. Naja da dachte ich mal den Support anzuschreiben... Was die da alles an Infos verlangen ist lächerlich, wie soll ich mich da nach 10+ Jahren noch erinnern?
Und es wird sowieso einem nicht weitergeholfen. Ticket wurde auch durch den fehlenden Infos geschlossen. Echt schei*e die Spieler einfach so zu sperren, dann noch soviele Infos zu verlanngen, und dann nicht mal das Problem zu lösen. Tschüss Habbo.

Ich hatte vor vielen Jahren einen Habbo Account mit vielen Gegenständen, die ich mir mit Echtgeld gekauft und erhandelt habe.

Nach einer langen Zeit dachte ich mir, es ist Zeit mal wieder zurückzukehren und zu sehen, wie sich das Spiel entwickelt hat. Leider wurde mein Account aber so wie es aussieht einfach komplett aus dem System gelöscht. Wenn ich nach meinem Namen im Spiel suche, findet man keine Ergebnisse mehr (ich habe mich mit einem anderen Account registriert, um das zu überprüfen), und wenn ich die Passwort zurücksetzen Funktion nutze, bekomme ich keinerlei E-Mail.

Das ist echt bedauerlich, da ich sehr viel Geld früher in das Spiel investiert hatte und auch Spass am Spiel hatte. Es sind bestimmt über 300 Euro einfach für immer weg. Ich würde NIEMANDEM empfehlen, auch nur einen Cent für dieses Spiel auszugeben! Auch habe ich niemals eine E-Mail mit der Warnung erhalten, dass mein Konto gelöscht wird.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 0 Sterne geben! Sowas dreistes habe ich noch nie erlebt.
Ich logge mich seit 2019 wieder ein und habe aus dem nichts eine dauerhafte Handelssperre.

Mit dem Support muss ich seit Tagen diskutieren, und bekomme nichtmals eine Info, wieso ich gesperrt wurde (ich hab nichts falsches gemacht).

Ich habe sogar meinen Personalausweis hingeschickt und mir wird nach Beantwortung aller Fragen immer noch gesagt ich hätte nicht alles beantwortet und sei nicht die Besitzerin!

Früher hatte ich nie solche Probleme! Was ist aus denen geworden?

Ich bin schockiert und rate allen: lasst bloß die Finger von dem Game oder investiert zumindest nicht so viel Geld, wie ich!
