Communication etc with the booking was first class. However the engineer did not fill us with confidence. He was a bit standoffish. My husband felt uncomfortable with him. He was also trying to test things with the master switch off !!!! My husband pointed this out to him. When we received the report from you there were a couple of fails that he didn’t bother to explain to us before he left. I would use them again but request a different engineer.

Brilliant company fantastic service

I would recommend Hab Check to anyone looking for a thorough service on your caravan/ motor home. The booking process online was easy and the Engineer arrived on time.

The Engineer (Tim) was professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why, because I am a first time caravan owner. At the end of the check, he patiently answered my list of further questions before leaving to write up the report

Used this service for our warranty hab check on our 2025 autotrail motorhome. From booking to actual check was a breeze everyone was so friendly helpful and polite. Engineer David was just so helpful and knowledgeable and extremely polite and friendly. Cannot fault a single thing.

Well what can I say about this company and the job they did other than fantastic very professional. Wyane who came to do the job was brilliant very helpful he didn't leave a stone unturned very thorough inside and outside around the motorhome underneath and the roof. We do have the grand children with us sometimes in the motorhome and it's great to know the van is totally safe with everything great piece of mind. I will be highly recommending this company to all my family and freinds and anyone with a motorhome or caravan. I will also be telling the caravan and motorhome club of which I'm a member what a first class job thank you habchek and may I say wyane is a credit to your company very polite well mannered very helpful great with the customer brilliant well done keep up the good work and see you next year for my next habitat check. Very handy having a competent mechanic come to your home to carry out the service Rob was very good carrying out all the checks and tests that are probably not even done at dealers. As I’ve had bad experiences with dealers.

Gary Low did our hab check. He was great at explaining everything, very knowledgeable and we found out information on things in our motorhome we didn't even know about!

We got in touch, and within two days they were there and bang on time that they gave us. Paul the technician, was brilliant, very helpful and easy to talk with and I think went that extra mile. Would recommend them to anyone. Well done 👏

Wayne had a good depth of knowledge about motorhomes. He offered good practical advice to resolve and manage some potential issues with my particular model, due to his experience, and all this has been taken on board. He gave good communication before & after his visit. He was friendly, professional and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.
